DO NOT use this company. Deadlocking your subrscriptiom
I recently switched over to this company after their sales called me several times to give me a better subscription offer. After some time I succumbed to their offer. The issue with Pingaway arised when they "forgot" they had to buy me out from the previous carrier for two numbers (x2 buyout) - which has been mentioned several times. I'll have to pay the payout from my previous Talkmore, which thenafter will be refunded from Pingaway.
Pingaway want to refund me half of the buyout scheme since allegedly I only mentioned one number, at the same time they offer me a NEW subscription with an increase to compensate for the double buyout - making it more expensive for me in total.
I suggested that they let me go back to my previous carrier, but now since the sim-card has been activated they want NOK 8000,- to let me go back. There is no solution to the problem other than they expect me to pay for a deal that is more expensive than what I had originally. Just a huge hoax!
