Horrible "service"!
This was the worst call and customer "support" experience I have ever experienced. Not only was the woman on the Phone rude but also did not even let me know where she was calling from, but directly asking the most private questions regarding income etc. which reminded me instantly at scammers!

Fraud alert - business model to get your money
Fraud alert - They Took Over 160 Euro From My Account And Gave Me A Payment Plan Of Approx. 3500 Euro. After That the Company I Ordered Invisalign (Smile2impress) Blocked Contact With Me And Never Gave Us The Treatment. I Canceled and Withdrawed The Contract Within 14 Days, But They Refuse To Let Me Out Of The Contract Or Give The Money Back.
Update: 27/11/22 They are not ashamed to claim the second rate. I wrote more than 10 E-Mails and 3 letters and they never responded correctly or confirmed the cancellation.

I used SeQura for a large purchase
I used SeQura for a large purchase. Payments were interest free over 3 months. Payments were taken by SeQura by direct debit and they sent an email to say they would be deducting the amount as a reminder. Fantastic service and I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Great financing service
Used SeQura to purchase a stereo amp. Was the amp I wanted, but the cost was more than I could spend in one lump payment. SeQura allowed me to finance it over 12 monthly installments. No tricks, or hidden fees.

Al momento de contratar la financiación, se me ofrecieron unas condiciones las cuales eran diferentes al momento del pago. Adicionalmente me quieren cobrar los costes fijos de todos los meses por adelantar mi pago, cuando en la publicidad ponía que se podía adelantar el pago en cualquier momento. Y ahora nadie me contesta mis emails…
At the time of contracting the financing, I was offered some conditions which were different at the time of payment. Additionally, they want to charge me the fixed costs of every month for advancing my payment, when in the advertisement it said that I could advance the payment at any time. And now no one answers my emails....

Durante el proceso de compra en el apartado de mas información se muestra un ejemplo de financiación, no son datos de la compra en concreto que estás haciendo, es antes de proceder al pago cuando te mostramos toda la información correspondiente a tu pedido y las condiciones que se te ofrecen para que dispongas de toda la información, no cambian las condiciones.
Respecto a los costes, queremos pedirte perdón ya que no te informamos correctamente, el importe a pagar que te indicamos era correcto, pero al indicarte el desglose, en lugar de informarte de que parte correspondía a costes fijos te indicamos que costes te estabas ahorrando.
Ya te hemos contestado el correo que nos enviaste ayer informándote de todo esto.
