AVOID Promised better faster Internet. failed to mention the router signal would not even reach 4 meters away. signal boosters charged monthly per booster. waiting over 2 weeks for installation which means that despite only having the Internet 1 day before reporting issues they still refused to help or cancel contract as cooling off period had passed!!! They do answer the phone quickly but I still haven't had my issues resolved and now trapped on this contract with barely any Internet that won't connect to multiple devices. wish I'd stayed with my previous provider

Had a Gigaclear issue, called in and spoke to Patrick T who went through and explained the issue to me and gave me the information to get a solution (I knew the issue was nothing to do with Squirrel but called them in desperation - Patrick T was the first person to take ownership and fully investigate).

Smooth transfer from old supplier
Installation went exactly as promised. Engineer was on time, quick, polite and explained exactly what we needed to do when the router arrived. Only reason this is not a 5 star report is that the WIFI from the router is way below the speed supplied. Ethernet speed is the advertised 900 but WIFI is only 250. Would have expected at least 450.

Quick, clean, prompt installation with no hassles and am experiencing a no problem internet service so far.

Just used the Live Chat facility and it was great to speak to a real person rather than AI. The responses were spot on and got the information I needed very quickly.
Speedy service
The speed of which the engineer came out to do the installation, the ease of installation when the router arrived. The internet speed is incredible. Only down fall is the wifi is a little intermittent at times but I did expect a little fluctuation until everything is fully up and running.

From calling to arrange the service to having it installed, all colleagues who work in the company have been professional. The dates and times that were stated were followed and there was a seamless transition from my old provider to squirrel.

Just signed up to Squirrel Internet through the online form. I had a couple of questions arising from the form and used the online chat service to get them resolved. I was connected with Patrick who answered the questions I asked him quickly, clearly and efficiently.
Obviously the real test will be after the line is connected, but if it's anything like today, then there won't be any problems.

Being a client of Squirrel is painless - which, in the world of Internet services is worth a lot to me.
They are very easy to contact and highly responsive to any issues - which are rare - and prices are stable.
My service over performs the published speeds - and no, I don't have shares in the company! So, for me, I don't have to think about my internet service - it's just there - and I know that if it weren't - I can get a prompt response. So - thank you Squirrel,
