Took awhile to receive my cookware. Once I received it I cook a ribeye. Came out perfect! And the cleanup was easy. Plan on buying another one. thanks.

I ordered a pan on 11/26/25. Today is 12/12/25 and while it looks like they tendered a shipping label, USPS never received a package and I have now requested a full refund. I'll update this if I ever hear back, but plan to dispute the charge with my credit card company for non-receipt. Totally unacceptable.

Ordering from website was easy and the pan arrived in eleven days. I love my new titanium pan! It is beautiful and nonstick as promised. I am excited about cooking organic food as clean for my family as well as the environment!

Getting the 9.5 in and 11.5 in pans within a week of ordering. The overall look and feel of the product and a future without teflon!

We like the titanium pans. They seem well made

They are a big scam, paying $200 for one pan is too expensive and also they claimed very good warranty and now if I don’t like the product as that is sticking any food. They are saying, I cannot return this any more as I have tried using this pan to see if this works or not. Such a scam. Please don’t buy any pans here. It is a waste of money.

Love my Taima Wok so much I bought another one for my son. So easy to cook in and the cleaning is a breeze. Would love to have an entire set.

After repeated request attempts to get the missing gaskets, your company is refusing to send them to me. Your reputation as a company is a failure and it shows in the reviews! Emailing the Hello Taima Titanium customer service is like talking to a wall. My pans were all the same style, two lids with gaskets and two missing gaskets. What kind of company sends customers merchandise with missing parts. This is the second time you told me to contact your customer service. Why don't you do your job and reprimand the people who left out parts and send me the missing parts so you can fix this situation and make it right.

Great packaging, possibly overdone, wasteful. We purchased an advertised 10” frying pan that actually measured out to be 9-5/8” measuring cooking pan edge to edge. In other words, closer to a true 9-1/2” frying pan.
I could be wrong but ordering online doesn’t allow for returns. Red flag!
At first sight, the pan is very nice, great looking, and the handle is perfect.
If anything, the base needs to be thicker which makes it less prone to warping. The pan weighs 2.02 pounds without the glass lid; 3.03 pounds with the glass lid. The glass lid fits nicely and has a 3/16-inch vent hole along with a bronze knob that can be easily unscrewed for thorough cleaning.
As with any new pan, I’m sure the pan seers, fry’s, and heats wonderfully. The true test is longevity and durability. Most pans start out great, but after a few uses, they begin to fail and don’t meet expectations. Time will tell.
A bit expensive, but we wanted to try one first to see how well it performs and if it passes our expectations, we’ll order more.

I ordered and paid for the classic pan trio set (10 pc.), only received one pan and lid.

Taima produces a great cutting board that will last a lifetime.

It’s extremely sturdy and I appreciate the liquid grab it has around the entire board. This board is going to last a lifetime. I’m also impressed with how easy it is to clean and not worrying about contamination!

Kind of surprise that this product was sold on nonstick abilities and lasting. Today was our first day of using it, and it seemed not to make the claims of nonstick ability. Our we suppose to season this pan? We were considering replacing all our pots and pans based on this trial pan performance but at this time we have second thoughts, on this decision.

Having a product that's truly titanium is rare. I bought one prior that left a layer of dark dust on my fingers even after multiple wash. I've tested Taima and it stayed clean.

Received our Titanium cutting board quickly.
It was well packaged, mint condition and impressive. We also got the silicone nonslip mat.
Excited to use this product and throw away plastic ones
