I bought a product (a usb power adapter) at Computersalg that ceased working after a period of time. I wrote a complaint and immediately Computersalg sent a replacement.

the agreed shipping at the time of purchase was changed on the expected delivery date to a distant date without informing me about it... so they ship whenever they want without informing the customer

The product arrived just as expected. The packaging was in good condition, and the delivery was incredibly fast. It reached the delivery address the very next day after I made the purchase.
