Some of the items in my order were unavailable to ship immediatly, and the staff handled it proactively and very rapidly. As soon as all of the items were ready to ship, express shipping was applied to my order without any request from my side, which was very considerate of the shop. Not to mention that I am very happy with the items that I recieved.

Poor delivery experience
It seems to be a theme in some of the other comments... It maybe worth to look at the courier you use: GLS in the UK, not good!
They delivered on the day promised but I wasn't at home, because one goes to work... they just took it away.
They don't offer you alternative arrangements, or means for me to contact them and offer different arrangements. They just said "We'll try again in the next five days", no consultation as to when or if I might be at home.
They delivered the next day but we could only receive it because my daughter was at home off-sick from school.
Any other courier offers you different delivery options if you are not going to be at home. Otherwise we might be waiting for it days and weeks.

Very unhappy. imposible to get in contact with them. They simply reject my schedule calls. I have a return pending since 27/08/2025, which they acknowledge to have received it in their facilities and it is stuck on this step since then. this is the return number Devolución R01201593
If I don't get feedback I will scalate to the OCU

Oakley googles
I’ve ordered Oakley googles. Price was good, delivery to Slovakia little more expensive but everything was delivered exactly on time (3 days) and well packed.

Sent a child’s size item when I ordered a large men’s item and it seems I have to pay to return it
Edit: since they have replied they have made no attempt to resolve the issue seems like a scam company avoid at all costs

Very quick turnaround for order to UK, ordered weightlifting shoes, price-wise this was best option by far, good communication throughout the process. Will be definitely ordering again in the future

Feedback on Delivery Experience and Service Standards
Dear DeporVillage Team,
After several years of experience in customer service and customer support, I feel compelled to share my disappointment regarding the level of service provided through your delivery partners.
I placed an order on September 28th, and as of October 6th, the item has still not been delivered. I understand that delivery issues can occur, but what I find unacceptable is the handling process: despite the open incident with the delivery company, DeporVillage’s policy requires at least five working days before issuing a refund.
In my opinion, when an incident arises—especially for high-value orders—it is essential to either send a replacement immediately or issue a refund without delay, while you manage the case with the delivery company internally. Expecting the customer to wait for an extended period with no resolution does not align with the service standards expected from a leading online retailer.
I truly hope you will review this process and improve your logistics and after-sales operations to remain competitive with other players in the market.
