Horrible !! Money gone, no flowers!
If I could I’d give them 0 stars.
Paid a lot of money for the flowers to arrive on the special day( cause floraqueen advertise to do same day delivery) . It has been 3 days since then , I still don’t have a confirmation email that my order has been processed or in work or anything like that. Horrible !! I can’t check the status of my order , I can’t track it.
It just tells me that I have not any placed orders.
No chance to speak to anyone.
Choose anything else but this page for your flower delivery!!

Very disappointed with this company. I would suggest that you pay a little extra and go with FTD or 1800 flowers, or anyone else.
I received an email saying my order was out for delivery. That was almost 3 weeks ago. I contacted the company (message through their website) and I got a standard response. Every time after, the response was a carbon copy of the previous response, basically saying I'm out of luck. Not only will they not refund my money, but they can't even cancel my order. Just throw money out the window. to this day, it hasn't yet arrived.

Not the guy to leave reviews but my experience was very different from what I was reading on the reviews. They were very punctual and even when I was afraid that it had been delayed the support responded back within the hour, so don't get influenced that much by the other reviews.

I usually send flowers to my mother every three weeks, and this time I decided to order from this florist. What a huge mistake! I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. The flowers weren’t delivered on the scheduled date, and even though I paid for the largest bouquet, it was ridiculously small. Nothing like what was shown on the website. Very disappointed, and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend it at all.
Suelo enviar flores a mi madre cada tres semanas, y esta vez decidí comprar en esta floristería. ¡Qué error tan grande! Ojalá hubiese leído las opiniones antes. No entregaron las flores en la fecha prevista, y además pagué por el ramo más grande, pero el tamaño fue ridículamente pequeño. Nada que ver con lo que mostraban en la web. Muy decepcionada y, sinceramente, no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

They will never deliver your flowers and their customer service is automated messages so it’s definitely a scam website! I asked for my refund after no delivery was ever made for a birthday and they keep responding with the same automated reply! For some reason it doesn’t give me the option to write a review on google but DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

unbelievalbe they're still trading!
I cannot believe how they're still trading, the customer service is non existent, they tried to deliver not only to the wrong address but the wrong city, they overcharged me £20 without an explanation and I don't know how to get the money back. Had to try to redirect the flower to a pick-up point and by this point is too late

They changed the delivery date for 3 days later than asked. When you ask for a cancellation and refund, they IA responded and they only can refer you to Terms and Conditions. Very poor or non existent costumer service. Awful and stressed experience.

Does anyone know how to contact Floraqueen? I ordered flowers and bottles of bubbles for £95 to be delivered in Berlin, Germany , and i am trying to track the delivery. Nothing works, none of the email addresses nor phone numbers. Not even their Live Chat. Who do I contact?

Floraqueen takes orders and doesn't send the flowers. I contacted Dpd and DHL. The tracking codes given by floraqueen doesn't exist and are fake. They just sent me an email that i can't get a refund without any explanation. Of you use floraqueen you are only paying for bad customer service and air.
Product wasn't delivered and customer service is a joke
My product wasn't delivered and when I emailed them about it, they completely ignored my email. They only look at positive emails.
Also when I tried to write a review and theor website, I wasn't allowed submit it unless I clicked 'I would reccomend them to a friend"

I placed an order with FloraQueen for…
I placed an order with FloraQueen for delivery in Spain and ran into a frustrating situation. I specifically chose the delivery date as 30 September, but the order showed a delivery window of 29–30 September. Since 29 September is a public holiday, I was concerned about successful delivery.
Despite the order still being marked as “Being prepared”, customer service repeatedly refused to allow me to modify the delivery date or address, citing Terms & Conditions. I even pointed out that their own support page states orders can be modified or cancelled while being prepared, yet every response simply sent me back to the Terms & Conditions link without actually addressing my questions.
I also asked practical questions about delivery timing and whether the recipient would be called before delivery, but these were not answered clearly. Overall, I felt the service was unhelpful, rigid, and more focused on sending policy links than solving the customer’s problem.
I hope FloraQueen improves their customer service communication and actually follows the policies they publish.

A complete scam -fraudulent company. Do not order from them.
I ordered a bouquet from the US going to France. It was pictured on the website with 9 roses and several other flowers and looked pretty. The flowers that were actually received only had 3 roses and a few junky flowers. Floraqueen customer service said that because I didn’t complain within 24 hours they would do nothing. Very hard to complain in 24 hours when there is a 9 hour time difference across the continents. Terrible company, stay away from them.

I cannot recommend Floraqueen. I placed an order a week ago, yet nothing has been delivered. The flowers were intended as a gift for my mother, who will soon be leaving the holiday destination, making the delivery pointless. I am extremely disappointed. Despite contacting customer service several times, I have received no meaningful updates. I will not be using Floraqueen again and cannot recommend their services to others.

This is the worst flower company I have ever dealt with. I ordered flowers for my girlfriend’s birthday, paying €75. Not only did they fail to arrive on time, completely missing her birthday, but they finally showed up seven days late and already dead.
When I asked for a refund, I was told they don’t return money to your card and only offer a code to reorder. The code doesn’t even work — the site freezes when you try to redeem it. After contacting them, they kept saying they were “sorting the issue,” but nothing has been resolved.
The service was so poor I honestly thought the company might be a scam. I feel robbed of my money. Completely shocking — do not waste your time or money here.
