Over 2 weeks waiting for order and no reply

Ordered on the 28th of February, they didn't have stock so they told me the item will be sent before the 13th of March, today is 14th and I didn't even get a reply on my email about the status of the order. I could have order it from China and it would be already here, it's supposed to be fast delivery but I don't even get a reply on my inquiry. Two weeks waiting for a simple item and no reply to emails, last time I buy from here.

Hi Ivan,

Iam sorry about this. The shipment from Baseus was dammaged in transport and was returned to the sender.
Some of the items where not in stock at the producer, so we had to wait for them to resend the shipment.

We are getting a new delivery on Monday.
Your order is fully refunded as your requested.

Great Service - Martin

Thank you so much for your help! I received the Komfyvakt sensor, but unfortunately, it didn't work. However, I spoke with Martin, and he quickly replaced it for me. He was very helpful on the phone as well. New sensor arrived before the scheduled date and worked.

Amazing service
