honestly i never use rise works before but after doing some research and checks on it i decided to register an account with them . the registering and KYC is very smooth no problem at all . but what makes me worry is when we were in the process of signing up an account , i forgotten that if i were being asked for a linkedin account ( to be fair to rise works ) , so after successfully signing up , about two months after , i log into my rise works account and found that in my profile portal there was a linkedin URL attached to my profile , so naturally i got worried . i contacted the customer service and they assure me that not to worry that is a demonstration part to show us that if we do fill in our linkedin account it will appear there . i mean first of all to be fair to rise works , i can't remember if i were ask for linkedin account , but even if i am ask i definitely did not fill in any linkedin account , so where did this linkedin account came from . so the CS keep assuring me that this is only to demonstrate that if we do fill in it will appear there , so that linkedin account is a dummy one , but we as user how do we know that is a dummy account ? and even if it is a dummy account why do rise works need to do that ? you don't have to input a dummy linkedin account since you allow users to register a rise pay account without a linkedin account . i am confused and worried because right now i am not getting any assurance from RISE PAY OFFICIALS , only from the customer service ( but to be fair the customer service did their job only that they took a day to reply ) so i think rise works need to do something about it because after all it is about money we are handling here how can they just input a dummy account there without making known to clients and creating unnecessary misunderstandings

Trade The Pool is ahead of the game-- these guys are way out front regarding Prop Firms. TTP is pretty much everything traders could want in a prop firm. They are very supportive in those that want to learn risk management trading, which is the key to being successful in a complex career. I been with them for a while and they are the closes to a perfect prop firm in all my research, The CEO is pleasurable to partner with. So, I am Bullish on Trade The Pool!

As i am about the get payout from one of my client so they sent me invitation link of Rise, when i signup and did the verification process their automatic system failed to verify my identity and send my application further to compliance team, where i needed to wait for almost 2 days,And after 2 days i didn't get any response then i send them email regarding the update or any additional requirement so just after few hours i received email that they can't approve my account and when i asked for the reason, they said they can't disclose it ! Don't know how their compliance system works even after verifying your identity they are rejecting your account, so don't know if you got approved and gets your funds from client there are safe or not !

Never heard of Rise works until I needed them to claim a payout from prop firms. I was a little nervous as I had never used an online payment processor before. I submitted the required documentation and was approved / vetted quickly. As soon as my payment was transferred in. (which was quick) I could decide if I wanted it in crypto or cash. The cash withdrawal was almost instantaneous and this was an international payment. (I received it in 10 minutes). Crypto (USDT / ETH) is a little slower, typically about 24 hours for the transaction to be processed. I am very happy using them and highly recommend them to anyone sitting on the fence.

Riseworks have denied my kyc verification and they are taking hours and hours to reply to my email. I already pass my kyc before but I forgot my rise security pin so that I can withdraw my funds. After being denied now I can’t get access to my funds that was paid out to me and they are not responding to my email and denying access to my funds. Guys please do your due diligence before trusting riseworks. All I want from this company is for them to allow me to withdraw my funds even if my kyc has been declined. They can’t just keep your funds without a good reason

I made an account with rise and received my first payout through a third party. On October 23rd, I initiated a bank withdrawal. A week later, I asked support if the transfer should be taking this long. As you can imagine, I've yet to receive it as of December 8th. It has been nothing but a back and forth between me asking for the MT103 (tracking for international payments) or me asking them to cancel the bank transfer and them telling me they'll get the MT103 and that they can't cancel the transfer. Every time I've asked for tracking, all they've done was ask for more time and tell me that "they would investigate". I asked if they could confirm which account number the money was sent to, and they stalled for time again. I've also given them my bank statement in early November to prove that I really hadn't received the money. I would avoid.
Edit: as it is impossible to reply directly on TrustPilot, I have sent an email to hello at riseworks.io with the required information.

I want to share why I believe Rise has one of the worst support systems I have ever experienced.
I completed my KYC with them, and it was rejected. When I contacted support, they replied only after an entire day and simply said that they cannot provide me their services or onboard me.
When I asked for the reason, they only repeated that “we are a financial platform and must follow regulations.” This does not explain anything. What makes this even more confusing is that my friend used the same documents and passport, and his KYC was approved immediately—while mine was rejected. How is that possible without a clear reason?
Every time I ask for clarification, they just repeat the same line: “Please respect our decision.”
How am I supposed to respect a decision that has no explanation? Their slow replies, lack of clarity, and unwillingness to help have made the entire process extremely frustrating.
After checking Trustpilot, I realized many users are facing the same issues. It feels like Rise has no real competition in the market, which is why they are not improving their service. Most prop firms rely on Rise, yet users are left struggling because of their poor support and unclear processes.
My sincere request to Rise is to fix this broken system so that customers don’t have to go through unnecessary stress. A platform handling payments should make life easier, not more complicated. And yes, it’s surprising to see that 55% of reviews here are negative, which clearly shows how widespread the problem is.

Absolutely amazing experience. Lost my key phrase, and i needed ro reset my secret key. The process was smooth and easy, and didn't take too long.
Customer service was improving lately by a lot. Before i had some delays in helping me with my questions, but since the last few months they started to be more responsive, and get back much faster, which is a very good thing.
The money transfer itself is smooth and very fast, no problems at all.
The onboarding process is also very easy to follow, the only issue I had was on the KYC process, where I couldn't upload the id and documents, but this is not related to the riseworks themselves, but with the 3rd party software they use to complete the uploading the documents. Yet, they resend me the KYC link, and i done it without any problems, so no complaints here.
Overall, very happy using the risework for my financial transactions.

Going on 4 weeks now since I’ve started the kyc reset process, a lot of users going through this so we all forgot our passwords? They will wipe your whole account balance in a second then tell you it will take 2 weeks for you to receive your own money back. Has the worst customer service, they will steal your funds with little to no response or follow up besides a copy and paste Ai generated reply. DO NOT USE RISEWORKS THEY WILL STEAL YOUR FUNDS!!! SCAMMERS!

It’s been 10 days with no progress. Despite multiple follow-ups, the support team hasn’t resolved my account reset and my funds are still on hold. Very disappointing support experience.

Worst Support Team ever. Their response time for the live chat bot is literally 24 hours.
They respond to the emails after 10 days.
They rejected my account with out telling me the reason for it. Even after sending multiple emails they were simply saying we cannot offer the services. The worst part is surely their response time and transperancy with their customers. We as a customer hold the right to know why we are being not offered a service.
