I’ve got several Spider Farmer products – a heat mat, grow light, exhaust fan with carbon filter, and two circulation fans (an older and a newer model). I’m really happy with everything except the older fan, but the newer version has fixed all the issues. Spider Farmer’s customer support is truly top-notch – quick, helpful, and professional.
Can’t wait for my next purchase – planning to get their plant stand with lighting and a grow tent.

Very nice products, but customer service is a joke. It takes a minimum of 1-2 days for a reply in an email conversation. You can’t call them to get a direct line of communication which is a bummer. After returning a product it’s suddenly out of stock and now the waiting time is unlimited. I could say that it’s way more convenient to buy their products somewhere else or a different brand.
Update:
They made it even worse. Pay an extra €15 to get it shipped earlier. It didn’t even ship! As a compensation you get 2000 points. 2000 points minus €15 means something like €5 euro discount. This is just playing with your customers. Not serious.
They can’t tell when my order is coming. I ordered it on the 17th of September and it’s now the 4th of October. I may be a joke for them but they don’t see that they are one massive joke.
Conclusion: read the reviews before you buy from Spider Farmer.

I purchased a few things from this company and everything worked. Everything was as described. I did not need customer service other than to provide feedback and they reached back in a very timely manner.
I want to note they provide manuals for what appeared to be quite literally everything that you purchase from them and the instructions are very concise and clear and user friendly. I would recommend anybody and everybody to get equipment from spider farmer. It would be safe to say they definitely exceeded my expectations.

Support was very helpful with my issue. I had to send a video of the problem so they could give me the proper solution. Turns out I had an equipment malfunction and they processed me getting a replacement.

Nothing has worked since I got the tent kit they have very little to no customer service, I hope to get my money back, but I am sure they will drag this out and I will never see any of my money and have a pile of crap to show for it. I would not give it a star either, but I had too!

First of all I am satisified with the delivery time, product quality is legendary and the support is really TOP AROUND. The support is the most important for me, always when I tell them they reply within 24 hours and assist me in anything. I got the komplete kit and it works outstanding, the lights quality in my opinion using g5000 from bridgelux and the perform as they should iut can actually keep the HUMI AND TEMP WITH VPD stable asnd thats all the story needed.

I ordered almost everything for my grow setup directly from Spider Farmer: a SF G5000, two AC5 smart strips with sensors, a clip fan, exhaust system, heater, PPFD Pro, IR16 & UV30 supplement bars. (The tent I had already purchased earlier via Amazon.) Basically the complete system to automate my grow.
Every single order arrived with Express shipping – even when I ordered on a Sunday, the package was at my door on Tuesday morning! That’s incredibly fast.
The prices were fantastic – many items were on special offer and there were always coupons available, which made the deals even better. On top of that, everything came extremely well packaged: inside the boxes, everything was organized so neatly that transport damage is simply impossible. It always felt like unboxing high-quality equipment.
The products themselves are top quality, and the app works great. Sure, there are still a few small things that could be improved, but overall it’s stable, well-designed, and even works on 5 GHz in some cases (even though 2.4 GHz is officially required). Having all devices synchronized and automated through one system is just amazing.
The customer service is outstanding. I never had to wait long for a reply – due to the time zone, most answers came at night, but every morning I had a clear and helpful message waiting for me. I always felt taken seriously and well supported.
I’m really happy and confident with Spider Farmer. Highly recommend to anyone who wants reliable equipment, fair prices, and a team that truly cares about their customers.

I did my research and these are the products I wanted. I put them in my cart and PAID!!!! Next day I get an email needing me to supply a screenshot of my order (idiotically, the email had the order in it ffs). So, just to get along, I screenshot my order from the website (logged in) and emailed it. Two days later I get the exact same email asking for a screenshot. Apparently selecting the items you want and paying for them is not enough to get the items shipped to you. Cancelled the order. Will dispute via PayPal and CC company if needed but I don't put up with being forced to jump through useless, pointless, idiotic hoops. I'll tell AC AFFINITY that SF sent me.

I ordered the 3x3x6 complete pro kit with Sf 2000 pro and I couldn’t be happier. I received tracking within 48 hours. Everything delivered in about 10 days. Quick helpful and responsive customer service. Excellent quality durable materials. My only comments would be I could never find specific step by step setup/installation instructions for each piece. But everything is set up and ready to go. Overall I’m glad I went with spider farmer

This is my first set-up and I found the shopping experience to be fantastic…within a few hours they had everything picked and ready to go…then sent an email to confirm the order and then put it went immediately…was provided with tracking and everything arrived in 5 days which is awesome considering I live in Alberta.
As I said this is my first set-up up so I did find the instructions a little vague, especially with the app.
But a few hours and I managed to figure everything out and the set-up is running perfectly! My first 4 seeds popped yesterday so I’m really looking forward to this!
