The fragrance from the diffusers are great with a long lasting aroma, I will definitely be ordering again

I made my first order and put it through not realising.
Google pay still had an old address.
I was worried my first order was going to go to the old address.
I emailed Essence explaining the situation. And they were so helpful. My mistake was sorted out and I was informed every step of the way.

I received my order and was amazed with the smell of the perfumes, however one of the perfumes they sent was incorrect, but Adam sorted it out very quickly and was so helpful and I got sent the new perfume within 2 days!! Thankyou.
I did receive a wrong perfume with my original order, do I care ABSOLUTELY NOT. This is the best customer service I've ever received, they apologized, sent me my original perfume AND gave me a discount code for the future
