Phone number change on website, and on App.
I filled out a support request form twice- once online, and once on the app. and no response. I have a new phone service and need to change my account phone-number. Yesterday, I waited for a response to no avail, then I checked this morning. All there were were ads for Uber. I tried to update my information this morning and was unable to even log-in to my account due to it defaulting to the old number. There is also no customer service number for Uber when I went to look for one, and this has also now caused me to cancel two Dr. appointments which I also often use the service for. I had also tried Go Go Grandparent which Uber books for Seniors through but the price is very high.
Terrible service
I’ve been using Uber almost every day for months, but after today, I’m officially done. The app glitched and changed my pickup location — something completely out of my control — and when I tried to explain to the driver where I actually was, he got rude, refused to cooperate, and then cancelled the trip.
It didn’t stop there. I called customer service to sort it out, and one representative hung up on me, while another insisted that I still had to pay for a ride that never even happened. Absolutely ridiculous.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had to walk to drivers because the app puts them in the wrong place, but this is the first time I’ve been treated so poorly. For a company that claims to “value customers,” Uber clearly doesn’t care about loyal users who ride with them every day.
I won’t be using Uber again — I’ll take my money to a local taxi service that actually respects its passengers.

I will never ever use uber again
I will never ever use uber again. I booked uber to get the Eurostar in Paris. I booked the day before so I knew I’d be on time. The driver messaged me at the time of arrival saying she couldn’t come and that I had to cancel the ride. She said the roads were blocked with police. I said to her that she needs to cancel but she said she couldn’t and uber rules are that I have to so I did. Uber then charged me £17 for the ride. I contacted uber and they refuse to refund me. They have proof from the drivers messages to me via the app that she cancelled it. Disgusting company. Scammers
UBER ONE - just stay away from it
It is impossible to get through to any customer services to talk about membership. Cancelling is even harder they put so many loopholes in to stop you. Benefits are not as they advertise.
Over time and over paid
Today I travelled with Uber Catania for the 3rd time.
The first 2 times the driver took 30min to arrive. Today he came 6 min earlier than the App stated....All 3 times I've been charged €18. Normal cost within the city centre is €15.

Would give it zero if I could. Booked a cab and was properly let down. Waited at least 20 mins and then cancelled. Driver appeared to be doing other rides at the same time as mine, and I cannot wait for that when I am expected to go to my daughters school for collection. Poor show Uber £16+ less

Worst firm priced higher and terrible servixe, doesnt matter if you chose premium. You end up with useless drivers with non working AC, terrible cars etc. Better to go with Rapido or Ola. My experience was 16 Oct 1:30pm in Delhi.

LOST ALL TRUST WITH UBER
I’m really disappointed and angry with Uber Egypt. I bought an Uber Bus package, used it only twice, and suddenly everything stopped working. Uber canceled all my trips without any reason, and my account became useless.
Their support is a joke — no replies, no help, no respect for customers. Even when I went to their office in Cairo, they did nothing. It’s unbelievable how a global company can treat people this badly.
One of my trips was canceled while I was standing in the street with my daughter, and it was a horrible experience. Uber caused me real stress and didn’t even bother to explain or fix the problem.
I will never trust Uber Egypt again. They take people’s money and disappear when there’s a problem. Shame on such poor service from a company that pretends to care about its customers.

My uber account has been hacked by the Chinese people. All my notifications were coming through as Chinese I translated to see they had purchased a ride on my count and leaving me with the balance of US$89.10. I contact uber support MONDAY. Still have not received any help. I have constantly been phoning as I’m worried they may book more trips and round up a bill on my account. Uber has not been helpful AT ALL. Very frustrating.

Disgusting company with poor customer service. I have asked to have my complaint recorded and escalated several times but this poorly trained advisors keep copying and pasting same generic response. They overcharge all the time and give no explanation for it...sometimes I'll have random charges taken off my account that they are unable to account for, that's stealing by the way. Bless the drives but I'm sure that I've heard a great deal of complaints from them too regarding how unfortunately poor te uber platform is.
Price Change, then take double payment
I booked UBER for a trip from Manchester Airport to home - a price of £54.99 was locked in - when it came to coming out of my bank - it had increased to £61.89. They also took the payment TWICE - so I ended up paying £124 - I contacted UBER who made things incredibly difficult - and in the end said they were not paying back the overpayment as it was a legitimate trip! I know it was a trip - you just took double payment! Thankfully my bak could see what had happened and have refunded the overpayment - but I will never use UBER again - so much hassle and stress.

These POS. I’m disabled and needed a ride after I had collapsed. The driver went to the other side of town where I was not and waited there. I texted him and he couldn’t understand me. Another reason everyone should be able to speak English in ENGLAND. So this idiot drives around for a few minutes and then cancels my trip. The uber charged ME for cancelling. Thieving, lying, despicable trash company’s they should be put out of business for all the illegals they hire.

Booked a 50+ eur trip to berlin airport the night before. driver cancelled trip 10 min before arrival and UBER was unable to provide a new driver on time. taxi service is a business of trust and reliability - if you want to catch your plane - avoid UBER!
