I don’t like shadiness and lack of care
I don’t like shadiness. I clearly emailed them saying I have unopened products I want to return within the deadline for returns requesting the return number. They replied saying sorry we don’t returns for allergic reactions. That’s supposed to be just for the opened products which I wasn’t asking for a return for. I emailed a couple more times in case it was just 1 bad employee and they never responded. These unopened products were eligible for return. Also in their return guidelines they say you can request to have your return to your original payment method. Keep in mind you’re paying for the return shipping anyway. But then when you go to initiate your return they say you can only receive yesstyle credit for unopened skin products so just be aware of that. It’s not clear. And they say you can start the return by going to your purchase and selecting initiate a return but if you buy skincare that option isn’t there so you have to email them which is the second option for initiating the return and they just find an excuse that’s not even legal to not accept to do the return.
Also they don’t provide any warnings on their products that they can contribute to facial hair growth if you’re not the kind of Asian who doesn’t grow hair in places like other people and they also don’t provide warnings that products like galactomyces ferment can cause someone to develop fungal acne. Thankfully I didn’t open that one before seeing people online talking about it. Always do your research ! This company doesn’t care about you at all, they just want to make money. Also be careful to not put any of their creams with active ingredients too close to your hairline because even if they help with hair growth, they can give your body serious adverse reactions if they get into the wrong pores (hair follicles on your head go deeper)
And they reserve the right to remove any reviews you post about their products so it can be really biased. And they make you write a review within a strict timeframe from your purchase so you’re forced to open all the products early on to provide an honest review and they still might remove the review

Order number : 29415574. Amount : 76.37 I was waiting for a package almost a month and it never arrived. Then they told me they will return my money on credits and I denied. They promised to give me a refund and I was waiting for 3 weeks and still not a single euro in my bank account. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY STOLE MY MONEY.

Terrible Service and Missing Items
UPDATE: The service gets worse!
YesStyle contacted me to let me know they are reshipping the missing items. I asked for a refund instead. They ignored. One item being reshipped got cancelled because it's out of stock and the other was cancelled because I didn't pay for it. They actually tried charge me a second time for a product I didn't receive the first time and I no longer want (since it was a present for a birthday that happened over a month ago).
I filed a PayPal dispute and the company provided tracking information to PayPal for an order that doesn't exist.
Honestly, you can't even make this up, it just keeps escalating to demonstrate excessively poor service.

Very poor service, would recommend avoiding. I ordered several items and 2 were missing from the order. I contacted customer care and they failed to follow up with me. No refund or acknowledgment of the missing items. This was a gift, so it was extremely disappointing. The most expensive item in the order was one of the missing ones too. Items that did arrive were in sufficiently packaged and I had payed extra for the gift wrap option. So disappointed.
The delivery date estimates are completely incorrect too. No shipping updates either. I was starting to wonder if I’d imagined actually purchasing off them! Took way longer than other companies to receive this partial order.
There are lots of alternative companies with the products YesStyle supplies, so I’d highly recommend searching elsewhere. I’ve never had these experiences with their competitors. The worst I’ve experienced elsewhere is slightly slow shipping but not even as slow and at least estimates and tracking are provided with other services.

Unreliable & Misleading …
I purposely placed orders for products which were showing as ‘ in stock’. It’s been 9 days since I placed my order and I’ve been told that it will be another 2 weeks before the supply is shipped from their HK warehouse?!
When I asked to cancel the order due to my trip being next week I was informed that all orders are non refunded.
Really poor communication and mis leading terms.

I’ve been living in Germany for 6 years and have been ordering my skincare products from YesStyle the whole time. The products are always authentic, the shipping is reliable, and I’ve discovered many great Asian brands through the site. Sometimes delivery takes a bit longer, but overall I’m very satisfied and will keep ordering from them.

I've been shopping ALL my skincare from YesStyle for almost 2 years now. I've never been disappointed or had a bad experience. Shipping times may vary depending on stock, which are always displayed when you are about to check out (it says availability of the product within next 24 hours, or days). This is why you need to check that. I've made easily 10 purchases already and never had an issue. Shipping is fast to the US considering it's an international shipping, don't expect an order to come in the next day.... Products always arrive perfectly packaged, never damaged, and just once an item was missing and Customer Service quickly fixed the issue and got it shipped. Prices are unbeatable and variety of products is great.

They say they pay for customs but ignore your emails and ask for extra paperwork than the bill you received from their carrier of choice in an attempt to skip paying. Terrible customer service.
