They told me I was approved, asked for my payslips and car details, and made it sound like everything was ready to go. Then after days of silence and me chasing them up, they suddenly said none of their lenders could accept me.

If you know someone’s situation from the start, don’t give them false hope or drag them along pretending a deal is nearly done.

Communication is awful. Every time I called, I was told “he’s in a meeting” or “he’ll call you back,” but nobody ever did. They’re quick to ask for documents but disappear when it comes to answers.

I wish they had been clearer from the start rather than giving the impression that approval was certain. Communication was poor. I rarely got callbacks despite being told I would. They were quick to ask for documents but slow to respond.

I personally wouldn’t use them again based on my experience.

Amazing customer service by Fezan. Applied for finance today, been approved today and collecting the car tomorrow. Everything was done in matter of a hour. I’m so pleased I went with car plus. Fezan is a credit to the company, assisted me throughout the process. Picking my dream car tomorrow. He’s gone the extra mile.

My whole journey to getting my new car was really effortless, the team were patient and explained each step so that I understood in 2 days I was in my new!

Do not buy their warranty!!
They lie and mis sell their warranty claiming that no claim will ever be rejected as they own the warranty company. Pressure you into thinking you are totally safe to purchase their warranty as piece of mind as they claim to never reject a warranty claim and that if you are not happy you can get a refund at any point.
So with that u purchase ld what I thought was a solid £2k warranty for 4 years.
Low and behold . Come to claim and it's a constant battle. Causing so much stress and anxiety . They reject claims that are covered. You then ask for a refund as I've been blatantly lied to and no one answers the phone, no one responds to emails. They continue lying and now I'm out £2k for a product not worth the piece of paper it's written on! So much stress and all I want is my money back so I can repair my car.
Ps.. they only pay £40 per hour labour cost! Try finding a garage who will work for that!?
And. They tell the garage how to do the work, how much they should charge. It has become so stressful no one wants to deal with them . Leaving you penniless and car less.
Do not get lied to and pressured into buying a warranty !!!! I'm going through trading standards and ombudsman trying to get my money back from these liers
