Great company

Been working with cashflows for 4 months now. Absolutely no issues with them whatsoever. You can speak with them directly very easily and they will do their upmost to resolve any issues.

Supportive and knowledgeable

I have been working with Cashflows on the set up of a new business. Chris from the team was very supportive given the challenges we faced around resource and applied the right amount of support to keep the process moving. I chose Cashflows for my online…

I chose Cashflows for my online business after it was recommended by my web developer. As a complete newbie, I didn’t know what to expect, but my experience has been excellent. From the very start, Greg explained everything clearly, professional yet friendly, and he’s still there whenever I have questions. I feel confident using Cashflows knowing my customers’ details are protected. They also made sure my website was compliant and remains fully PCI compliant. I’d definitely recommend them.

debt collection

just received a letter from a debt collection agency for £265 stating they had sent me several letters, they had not, this is the first letter from credit style i have had, and dont even remember using them.

From our records, we can see that the emails we sent to you in May, June, and July 2025 regarding your unpaid invoice bounced. This was due to either your security settings having blocked us or the email address we currently have for you being incorrect.

Unfortunately this meant we then had to pass your details on to the agency to get in touch with you.

Not what I expected

I called on Tuesday 22nd July to ask why my account was on hold. A lady explained to me that it was due to being a new business and checks needing to be made. Firstly, this should have been explained to me at the point of sale. She then told me that as my site is now active, she would pass it on to underwriting who will conduct the checks. I asked how long this would take, as I am a new business and reliant on any funds that come in.

She stated that it should be completed within a few hours, if not the next day. We are now on Friday 25th. I have been trying to call through to customer services, who switched off the lines around 4pm.

A very poor experience so far!

Avoid at all costs. Awful merchant to deal with, they've had £15k of my customers funds (3 transactions) sitting in their account for 8 days (should have been paid out to me the following working day) and despite chasing multiple times daily I'm still without the funds. If you're a small business that depends on quick payouts avoid Cashflows like the plague

At first

At first, i was really unhappy with Cashflows. There was a few issues with some of the account managers and for a while we wasn't assigned anyone. We initially signed up with someone called Mia and the terms wasn't what we expected...

Until Dan Wilkins came along. Absolute asset to the business and he sorted everything out for us no problem.
