We’re truly sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify how our pricing and weight limits work.
We are always upfront with every customer about our rental terms, including the amount of weight included with each dumpster. In your case, the rental included 2.50 tons, and the final weight at pickup was 6.85 tons. This resulted in overweight disposal fees that are determined solely by the actual weight of the material placed into the dumpster.
All dumpsters are transported directly to a state-approved disposal facility, and we provide the official dump ticket for complete transparency. The overweight fee is not a charge created by us—it is simply reimbursement for what we pay the disposal facility to process the additional tonnage. Construction debris and other materials can be heavier than expected, and when this occurs, the customer is responsible for the overage since it reflects the contents loaded into the dumpster.
For this reason, we feel that a one-star review is not entirely fair or reflective of our company or the service we provided, as the additional charge was not caused by anything we did but rather by the extra weight of the material disposed of.

It was very easy to order a dumpster. The ladies in the office were very friendly and informative. I was concerned about having a stamped concrete driveway and any damage the dumpster could cause.
