Ripple cancelled my Aetna insurance, or the other way around, without notice.

What amazed me - Aetna picked up the phone and informed me that because my prior company used their software, I’d have to go through Rippling.

But here is the catch - you cannot call Rippling, and they don’t respond to emails.

So my pregnant wife, 2.5 old daughter are without healthcare until Jan 1.

Thanks Rippling for making insurance awful for the consumer.

I am able to use multiple apps at the same time, all while under Rippling, and since it already has my information, I am able to use it as an SSO platform. Lastly I use it to track and see when I will be paid. This is an important feature that ensures I stay up to daate with money movements.
