Really BAD experience

Really BAD experience! Their website says that if you buy something before 2pm they will deliver it in the next day. I called 2 days later and they did not even had the order fulfilled. Cancelled the order and bought somewhere else. I do not recommend this store.

Ordered 3 weeks heard nothing

Ordered 3 weeks heard nothing. Eventually sent email only to be sent back a credit notice. All 2 weeks before Christmas. Given no reason for refund. Shocking.

Not clear on stock availability

My parcel never got delivered properly…

My parcel never got delivered properly and Mitch in the cork was and absolute dream he guided in to what to do and then I got on to Luke and he so helpful he was the best he got it all sorted for me

Misleading Stock Information

I ordered a MacBook Air that was listed as in stock online, but after placing the order and being charged, I received an email saying it was actually out of stock and would be dispatched in a few weeks. A week later, they informed me that the product had been discontinued and was no longer available, and that I would be refunded.
This was a complete waste of my time. Absolutely unacceptable

My phone stopped taking a charge all of…

My phone stopped taking a charge all of sudden. When I called into select and explained to Jamie the problem he came back out in less than 5 minutes with the problem solved!
Will definitely be returning here in future.

I ordered delivery

I ordered delivery. They promised to ship it within 5-10 business days. In the end, after a lot of stress and three weeks, they asked me to pick up the order myself from the nearest store.

A good experience at the Select Store, Merry Hill

Our sales assistant KIRAN was first class making the experience of purchasing an iPhone 17 very easy and pleasurable.Not only did she clearly know her product inside out but she was able to explain all relevant aspects clearly and concisely (not an easy task to a mature “dinosaur” type as regards modern technology!!)
A big thankyou too to sales assistant Tamara who advised us on our first visit to the Select store.As with Kiren her product knowledge and friendly approach were decisive in my decision to return to the store to confirm my purchase.
