Do not buy!! 1. the original box comes with 6 separate items to keep track of and almost no instructions. 2. You will fool around trying to make it work, but it won't maintain compression. 3. customer service takes several days to respond and then tells you that a material component you absolutely NEED to make these work is sold separately. 4. You must pay shipping if you want to return it. Conclusion: too many parts to keep track of, doesn't include the stuff you need to make it work (and also adds to the items you need to take with you) and bad customer service.

Horrible return policy- you have to return to Singapore!! The cost is not worth even trying the product. Box cannot be opened- how do you know if you like it or not!

I got these for a recent trip. We usually end up packing way too much, but this time we fit everything into just two suitcases. It made getting around so much easier. At the end, we used the bags to pack up our dirty clothes and saved a lot of space.

The compression is impressive, it really helps free up space without making the bag bulky. Customer Care is so supportive too. Would definitely recommend.

These packs are a clear step above others I have used. You can feel the difference right away. The materials are structured, the zippers are secure, and everything compresses down smoothly. I have used them on three winter trips, including skiing in December and a trip to Iceland, and they performed really well. I am planning to use them again for our summer travels. They have become a go-to in our packing routine.

I will delete this review if I get my full refund, but this is not a US-based company, so they force you to pay for return shipping to SINGAPORE. This cost me $91 USD. They do not clearly state this on their website because of course they don’t. Now they are telling me that though they have received my return, it may take SIX WEEKS before someone can inspect it for a return. Nightmare experience. The product itself is heavy, adds bulk to your suitcase, and any space it saves you is taken up by the product. Even if I get a full refund, I’m still out $91 USD for the return, plus all the time this took.
Edit: their response below is absurd. Do not bury the fact that you must RETURN THE PRODUCT TO SINGAPORE IN THE FINE PRINT AND CALL IT PLAINLY STATED. This should be large and in red on every page of the order.

The zipper is horrible. Almost impossible to open. Don’t waste your money. Lots of vacuum products on the market that are much better and you can open.

I'm holding out hope that I can change this review to be more positive if things change. As of today 2/10/25 the website is down. I received an email this morning from "support" asking for more information about my purchase. I wrote to the support email from the original order confirmation asking if it was a legitimate request and I haven't heard anything. No shipping information has been sent several days since I placed the order. Hoping for good news but the website being down isn't a good look.

Horrible customer service! My package was to arrive in 7-10 days, it took OVER 2 months! And that’s with me constantly checking in on my shipment, and writing to them with my concern. I even paid extra for shipping INS!! Finally it did arrive after my Vacation. They did not even offer me anything to apologize, or some money back or discount. When asked about refund I would have had to pay for the shipping back! Honestly extremely over priced, with bad customer system. Look elsewhere.

I’m very disappointed that they offer only 15 days to try out their products.
How can you possibly do that when you’re traveling for the holidays.
Or perhaps you’re giving us as a gift and you’re waiting for feedback from the person you gave it to
furthermore my air pump didn’t work properly And still regardless of these situations they told me that I had a refund request a violation and refused to take back the product or replace the pump.
Be very, very sure you want this before you buy it because they are very difficult to work If you’re unhappy in anyway

I attempted to cancel my order before it was even packed or shipped, only to be told there would be a 5% cancellation fee—costing me nearly $12 for nothing. This is highly unusual and feels unethical, as standard e-commerce practices allow full refunds for unshipped orders. Charging customers for a simple cancellation, when no inventory has been picked or packed, is a poor business practice. I won’t be purchasing from this company again and advise others to be cautious!
Update: Despite their email informing me I could cancel my order for a fee, after placing the review, I received an email telling me it was too late to cancel and that my order had been shipped and they would send a tracking number in 48 hours (not how tracking number generation works btw, once you pay for shipping via USPS, DHL, FedEx, or UPS, you get tracking immediately). I suspect the refusal to cancel my order was a punitive measure for sharing my experience. Buyer beware.

Ordered the starter pack in December and got notification that is was delivered on Dec 27th, the bad news was I did not receive the package so I emailed customer support only to have them tell me that I needed to follow up with USPS which I did and they (USPS) told me that it was put in my mailbox, I am not sure what the size of the package was but I have a hard time thinking that it would fit in my mailbox. Either way some emails were exchanged with Tilliv and still no resolution except them telling me it would be several weeks before they had an answer. Since I had paid the 2.99 shipping insurance you would think I would be protected but wrong just a way for them to add 3 dollars to every order. I was not going to wait for a resolution and for sure I was annoyed they made me do all the legwork for them so I called my CC company and disputed the charge. I do not know if the product works as advertised but if their customer service is any indication on how it will work then I am glade I am done with them. Based on this interaction I would not recommend this company to anyone. You can google vacuum bags for travel and other companies come up.
2/4/2025 took you guys about 1 month to reply which shows your customer service stinks. Interesting how you charge for shipping and insurance and all it takes is for you to say the package was delivered and you wash your hands of any issues. I followed your instructions and got in contact with USPS and they tried to help but could not figure out what happened. Since you were of no help and tried to take my money without me getting the product I reached out to my cc company to dispute the charge and they stood behind me. You guys could have come out of this looking like you care about your customer instead you look like a company run ass backwards. Thanks for nothing

Took it for a winter trip, helps a lot in saving space, especially for puffer jackets! The process is super easy—just pack up your winter gear, seal the bag, and use the pump to suck out all the air. The bags shrink down to a fraction of their original size.

Product was defective and they declined their refund policy of returning any unopened product. I opened the large bag and the electrical device to remove air after charging the device. It would not remove the air and quit functioning. I requested a refund as I'm in the 30 day after delivery return window. They have declined . So please run don't walk from this shady company. Please share this so others are not suckered by this company.
