Ordered last Tuesday #36903. Item has not been fulfilled yet or dispatched. Emailed no reply , rang several times voicemail box is full. No idea when it will be dispatched or received and I need it for this Wednesday,

Very bad tracking and they change your delivery address to a random one
Just allow people to enter their sign in information. And send ordered items to the address provided in the order.

Punctual and professional staff. Appliance was delivered on time, packaging was removed and brought away,carrier had even wheeled it in. Certainly recommend.

Terrible experience
Item delivered damaged, not replaced, items missing, No collection of old appliance. Terrible service although Siobhán (Cust' Serv') tried hard to resolve. Seriously consider purchasing from anywhere other than this company though to avoid disappointment, stress and terrible experience. Still not resolved.
