I ordered 2 pairs of speakers for my Camaro. The order was delivered on time. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be an "complete installation kit" ended up missing the rear speaker mounts. I called Sonic and they mailed them to me at no charge. Other than the 8 day delay in completing the installation, I'm very satisfied.

This is my first purchase with Sonic Electronix and they did not disappoint! The tracking was made easy and even arrived a day earlier then expected. The amp was discounted per their open box policy but came boxed and wrapped in plastic as if I bought directly from Rockford Fosgate. I can't wait to install it and hear how awesome my 2 Rockford Fosgate P3 12's are going to sound bridged down to 1 ohm.

Shipped wrong product.
I was shipped the wrong product, even though the packing list had the correct product listed. Rather than shipping me the correct product like requested, they gave me a store credit.

Something I ordered had to go through a third party and they weren't able to come through on it but Joanna at sonic electronix made it right in the end, swapped out my order with a similar product that I decided to go with and they shipped it right away

I received an amp that would not get…
I received an amp that would not get out of protect mode, had to return it, and it was not the amp that I ordered. It was the correct model, but received an older version of that model. Sonic Electronix did make it right, gave me store credit. Joanna answered my only question rather professionally.
