Tracking says our wedding anniversary picture was delivered.....NOT DELIVERED.
Very poor. Avoid at all costs. $51 for the picture.

The picture arrived. It was meant to be a photo composed of our 'first dance' lyrics.
Even Google couldn't recognise the song that appeared.
The image was impossible to see with the wrong lyrics.

I did not recieve my bracelet that I ordered although I was told it should have been delivered. On a number of occasions I told them I had not recieved the item to be told by iithem that I myself needed proof it hadn't arrived. How am I suppose to proof it hadn't arrived.
I'd told them that I have to rely on family who work all week so we only have the weekend as I am disabled and unable to get around on my own which I do believe they used against me.
I said to them please show me proof you have delivered it like a photo or signature of the item being given to me which they couldn't so now instead of getting a full refund I'm only getting 70% which again I think is absolutely disgusting. Also for them to send me another like they should im told I would have to pay 30% which again i believe this is disgusting. It's fair to say I for one will not be using this company again. I'm based in the United kingdom

Saw pendent on line and thought it was a brilliant idea as getting married next and will be great to have mam and dad there with me lost them 12-14 yrs ago. Really easy to do straight forward did everything on line as instructed down loaded a picture and sent payment. Kept in full contact with every step and came I think 3 days before they said it would arrive really happy with how it turned out cannot thank them enough

My partner gifted me a silver infinity necklace with our names engraved. Shortly after wearing the chain which is meant to be sterling silver turned green. Numerous emails sent and no response. False advertising and zero customer service! waste of money.

I don't have my order yet but based on my experience so far I would give 0 stars. I ordered 2 rememberence plaques. One is a gift for a friend. On both orders I put a note asking to see a proof of the products before shipping. After the first order I got an automatic 'thanks for joining' email offering a 15% discount code for the next order. I placed the second order.
I sent an email on the same day asking that the font be changed on the first order and asking why I didn't get the 15% discount on the second order even though I entered the code. I also asked if they could be shipped together. I have now received shipping notifications, no proofs sent, no change to the font, no response to my email. I have sent another email detailing my dissatisfaction, no response. I have tried to use their chat 'unavailable' only a link to send an email which they do not respond to in the time frame they claim (48 hours/24 hours). Their website says customer service is available 9pm to 6am Sun - Fri EST. I tried to chat around 11.30pm EST. Seems like once again I have just given my money away to possibly China and I am expecting to get poor quality crap for my hard earned money! However, it seems I will just have to wait and see. My review is more about the total lack of communication and ignorance regarding the notes I put on the order. If you are not going to honor the notes on orders don't have an option on the form to put one! Their email option also states they respond to emails within 48hours. I sent the original email on the day I ordered 12th Oct. Shipping email was received on the 15th Oct. I looked at the reviews here first before purchasing but now I see on other review sites they have low ratings. They display a Trustpilot image at the bottom of their emails that shows 4/5 stars based on 22,412 reviews. I'm pleased some people are happy with their experience. That's if their ratings are based on actual genuine reviews....who would know!
