The quality of the product is whaat you would expect, perfect, equally important is their customer service perfect also. like most people, I replace my phone every few years, This is not my first OtterBox, I will be back!

Otterbox is always my go to. I have used otterbox sense 2012 and never had a problem. The website is easy to navigate and I got a really good black Friday deal.

Ability to resolve warranty issue with out customer service support.

Good and easy

This is my third Otter Box. I don’t drop my phone often, but when I do, I am glad it’s in an Otter Box. When I get a new phone it’s never because it was cracked or broken from a fall. My Otter Boxes always outlast my phones.

Their customer service is amazing. I was deciding which iPhone to get and they answered my question about the phone and the case they have for it. So I ordered my phone then ordered the case and screen protector from them.

Easy, great price, no hassle

Every easy process, I did forget which case I originally purchased but a very easy process and I understand the need for photo evidence of the damages. My case has saved my phone from my very clumsy self lol.

I automatically went to OtterBox to purchase a case for my new iPhone. I purchased a case to protect my previous iPhone with great results. The new case looks like I’ll get the same excellent protection.

They make a quality product and their customer service and warranty is superb.

When we ordered our cases for our new phones, I thought the clips were included like always. However, they do offer them for no charge and no shipping charge after the fact. I do see some business logic there. Maybe not everyone needs or wants the clip. Why provide it to everyone if only a small percentage actually use it?

When I went on their website to order it, the Pixel phones were not listed in the drop-down menu. I sent them a message on their website and they shipped one out right away! Unfortunately, we bought two phones and only got one case. When I asked about the second case, they gave me a direct link to order it online! It was VERY easy to do (no codes or other things to worry about).

Also, any time the clip has broken, they always send out a new one at no charge. It is this level of customer service and commitment that keeps us coming back every time we get a new phone. I hope this never changes! :-)

I have had several iPhones in each, and every one of those that I have owned I had bought an OtterBox at a time in which I purchased them new and I’ve never had an issue and I will continue buying OtterBox products. They are what you would expect them to be.
