IQ Doctor have been consistently helpful and supportive during my weight loss journey and beyond. Can’t fault them on contact and delivery and very happy to recommend them to others.

The gent I spoke to on the phone after being given the wrong prescription by another competitor reassured me and helped me to get the right dosage of my jab whilst providing expert advice and speaking to me like a human being! (A rarity these days!)

They lie that they support you when you are in maintenance when they do not and cut you off cold turkey even when your BMI is well within normal and not abnormally low and you can prove you have maintained for weeks, want to reduce slowly, and are not seeking to lose any more. Their own posts on social media state a BMI way below than what they actually say they will sell at real clients at, I believe to hook people in. I'd have gone with a different supplier had I known this.

My order was dispatched on the wrong day (their fault) it was left on my doorstep by Royal Mail and it went missing. IQDoctor will not refund and nor will Royal Mail. It’s their policy that your order must be delivered to you in person, I didn’t know this but I arranged to have it delivered when I was home. They ignored these instructions so it came when I was out. So I’m down £180. Beware.

​I typically reserve my reviews for the completion of a service or opt not to submit one at all. However, I felt compelled to immediately give Nasra a 5-star rating for her exceptionally patient-centered approach.
​I placed an order, noting that its fulfillment would likely help me reach my weight goal. My order was subsequently placed on hold, requiring a mandatory maintenance wellbeing check. I utilized the provided link to book this check, and the system was straightforward and easy to use (I honestly don't understand why others might complain).
​The consultation was seamless: everything was thoroughly explained, and all my questions were answered. I was pleasantly surprised when Nasra took the initiative to check if there was anything further she could assist me with, or if I had any lingering doubts or questions.
​I cannot commend this pharmacist enough for her humanity and exemplary service. Well done to Nasra and to the individual or team responsible for hiring her. Thank you for the outstanding support to me and my thanks to the entire team too.

Significantly more expensive than other providers. They claim to have a price match, but then refuse to match against any other supplier stating they provide extras like great customer service. Then when you message to query this, they never respond.... so not that great customer support.

It was a user friendly website,ordered and received on time.

I was supposed to have my medication delivered on Saturday which didn’t happen even though Royal Mail sent confirmation. The medication is packed with an ice pack and that has melted and soaked everything. The dye has even started to come out of the wool package. I tried several times to call but after waiting half an hour no one answered and I tried to email to complain and was sent the same auto message twice!!
I won’t be using this service again as the customer service is terrible and the medication is soaked so not sure if I’ll even use it. No one will take the complaint seriously and there is no one to actually talk to!!

Was called today to try to improve my experience and star rating by Teddy!
Was offered a discount on my next order but would have to pay the full price first then contact them for a refund of the discount!
Great but I can’t get hold of them…
I wasn’t told how much discount that would be as I said I struggled to get hold of anyone in the first place!!
Still not really sorted the issue and no discount given that I can redeem without hassle and paying money out first!
