Great company until something goes…

Great company until something goes wrong. They sent me the wrong item. I couldn't return it because I had opened it ( it was a mascara, the box is universal it seems but the type of mascara was different so I didn't know it was wrong until I opened it ) I accepted that I couldn't return it but suggested they offer a discount code so I can re-order and hope that they get it right this time. They insulted me with a 10% discount code and when I asked them to reconsider the offer they flatly refused, despite their error. I won't order from them again.

Wrong item delivered which they…

Wrong item delivered which they acknowledge but wont send the correct item until I print a label, box up, go to a post office which is a 14 mile round trip and return to them. Offered to give me 7 days to return and if i do not return they could charge me for both - they refused - offered no other solution for an error that is theirs
