Fixed a mistake and earned a customer.
Ordered 5 bottles. Only got 2. I e-mailed and they said they would make it right. Never did. Ignored all my other follow up e-mails.
Update: I e-mailed per the response and recieved a reply which shared the replacement package which showed it had not been delivered. They apologised and 2 days later I received what I had ordered so I am very happy and will use again.
