As an entreprenuer, i have had my fair share of encounters with investments online, and investment companies, some are great, others are somewhat good, the rest are absolute mediocre, But what sets my experience with this company apart is the exceptional dedication of their customer representative, Michael.Imagine a late Friday Night, i'm sifting through the favar24 platform and some analytic data came up, lost and confused i reached out to favar's chat support, half expecting a canned response or a call back on Monday. To my Suprise Michael called back, assisting me through the data, patiently explaining each metric and their implications. His dedication didnt stop there. over the next weeks, he went above and beyond, consistently ensuring my strategies were on track, making adjustments as needed and always ready to help.

I was contacted on18/01/23 and…

I was contacted on 18/01/23 and encouraged to invest in this company a team member. I invested Euro129 on 20/01/23 and a further Euro129 on 25/01/23.After being contacted numerous times by team members encouraging me to invest more money or "initiate a withdrawal" as my account was Inactive. It was always my intention to invest more and see how it went but I decided to make a withdrawal to make sure it is all legitimate. I made that request to withdraw Euro256 on 20/06/23 and received an email informing me it should take"5 business days". It has been labelled "Pending" since then. I sent an email to support on 28/06/23 and there is no reply. On 30/06/23 it was rejected so I contacted support again. I will update if I have any response from Favar24.
Update June 30 2023; I was contacted by James who explained the problem that had occurred and through his help I was able to resolve the issue. I therefore happy to modify my opinion of this company. The help and advice received from James was invaluable and my refund has been sent and received. I will consider reinvesting in the future when the timing is better for me. Thank You.

A year with Favar now...

Almost a year ago - after leaving my details at Favar, I had an immediate call with one of the specialist. At first I thought this was not trustworthy, however he convinced after a very clear presentation to deposit money. I made quite a nice profit and was able to cash out the first time. The second time I needed some documentation of proof as I made a bigger profit, and also that was a succes. I'm currently in my third investment and I don't understand why people are leaving bad reviews. So far so good!

THIS IS A SCAM! 100% CERTAIN. DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY MONEY.

They rang me nearly every night for a couple weeks helping me set it up, start campaigning and encouraging me to deposit more. But when I needed to withdraw they were nowhere to be found. It's now four weeks since I requested the withdrawal. I have to wait 4-5 days to get a response and my mentors have disappeared. Very poor support.

Update 2.
They finally responded, but not to my emails and not to update me in anyway. Instead they responded to my negative review. This proves how useless they are. I'm amending my two stars to one now for the simple reason that instead of responding directly to my numerous emails, they prioritised my negative review. If only they had of responded in reasonable time to my first or even second email then I wouldn't have posted this negative review.

Update 11 May 2023. Have emailed another four times since posting this review and still waiting for a response. Also tried to get some satisfaction through their "Business Messenger" which claims "Agents are online!". Waited 30 mins for a response to the "agents online" before giving up. I should have given them one star not two.

Update: it’s now over a week later and I’ve sent another 3 or 4 emails. Still no response from anyone including the online chat. They don’t even deserve one star let alone two. And their response to this review is a blatant lie. This is clearly a scam.

Update 4. 23 AUG 2023
After another 6-8 emails emails requesting my withdrawal or a response of any kind to my request, I still haven't heard a thing.

THIS IS CLEARLY AND UNEQUIVOCALLY A SCAM. DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY MONEY WITH THEM AS YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN!!

I GOT VERIFIED TO ENSURE THIS IS NOT IGNORED.

Update 5.
After verifying my Trustpilot account and sending yet another email, they responded to my withdrawal request made back in April over four months ago, claiming they are now finally processing it.

I will update in a week or so to advise if I received the withdrawal.

Update 6.
After receiving an email claiming they are processing with withdrawal request, I have yet to see it happen. Just more lies.

Update 7. 17/1/2024

Still no response. I currently have 4 Open Support Tickets dating all the way back to a year ago. They have only ever responded to one. Here is the text:

Withdrawal I requested a withdrawal but I don't know where the funds have gone to. There was no option to choose the destination. Please tell me where the withdrawal details are. OPEN HIGH Hello, We will contact you soon regarding your withdrawal method. In the meantime if you have any urgent questions you can reach us on: support at favar24.com Favar24 Support Team

My money When are you going to transfer my money? I've emailed at least a dozen times with no response. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. OPEN HIGH N/A

Withdrawal and complete lack of support You are useless! I have two open tickets that havent been responded to and I have sent several emails to support. I'm sick and tired of having to chase you up and get nothing but doughnuts. Wonderful Investment to have this year
