Lovin my new couch!
I got the L-Shape version in green a few weeks ago. So far I’m lovin the couch! Looks just like the pictures. Came in 3 boxes. Took a little over an hour putting it together by myself. It’s even bigger than I thought, but perfect for naps and lounging. I live in a studio and need all the storage I can get and I really like the extra storage under every cushion all though it is a little hard opening and shutting it down properly. The pillows took a little bit to fluff out after a couple of weeks, but they still give great support. The couch is not too firm but not too soft. Material is great for cleaning and easy to wipe down if needed. I do have cats that like to scratch on it so some material kind of frays out and cat hair sticks on it. But can’t really help that. Overall amazing couch for the price. I have been searching a while for a couch that was green, storage, comfy, easy cleaning material/washable and don’t regret buying this one. Definitely recommend!!

The delivery process was horrible. I was called and told delivery was attempted when it wasn’t. I had rearranged my work schedule for 3 days for the delivery. I finally received it on Friday afternoon and it was left at my door without any attempt to let me know.

Horrible customer service, good quality furniture
Update. They did come through and do what was needed to make things right. The furniture quality was definitely worth 4 starts. Issue was related to delivery, setup and initial customer service.
Previous: Desk is decent quality but customer service is by far some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Got white glove setup with my 2 orders that included 2 desks, a filing cabinet, and chair but they only sent someone to setup 1 desk. The guy showed up reeking of alcohol and weed to the point we had to send an employee home sick. Then when I reached out about getting a refund/credit for the handyman I had to hire to complete rest of the setup they responded to my email with someone else’s name, not even naming me correctly and stated that only 1 desk was eligible for setup. Although NOTHING was said about it in the 1 orders I placed. Good furniture and I planned on ordering a few more items once I got the first 4 to see if quality is worth but, I will never order from this company again because its not just about quality of product but quality of service that matters.

Regarding the installation of your desks, the Veritas 360-Degree Rotating Desk requires professional assembly due to its complexity, which is why we provided complimentary white-glove setup for that item. For orders that include this service, customers are notified immediately after placing the order. The Baggio Modern Electric Adjustable Standing Desk is designed to be simpler to assemble, so free installation is not included and, by default, there is no additional notification. We sincerely apologize for not clearly communicating this and are happy to compensate you for any extra installation costs you incurred.
As for the incorrect name in our previous correspondence, this was a mistake while coordinating with the white-glove team. Your name was mistakenly replaced with the team leader’s name.
