I find inPost reliable, easy to access using the lockers and very clear about where and when your package has arrived and is ready to collect

InPost Spain has easy drop off and collection shops near to where we live. The instructions are easy to follow when dropping off or collecting parcels.

Good customer experience. They keep updating, for instance, strike in France may cause a delay in the delivery. I have received the package from France to Madrid in four working days.

It takes less then a minute to pick up the parcel from the box. Excellent. Shame, it is not closer to my location. Otherwise always happy with it.

Package was in good shape. The pickup point had different opening hours in Google vs in reality. Had to go twice.
