I highly recommend Investissement Locatif for someone like me lacking either Time or Expertise.

I received my appartment in Paris without visiting it or checking it at any point of time, as I trusted Anais and Coline from day 1.

Search was very fast and smooth, communication was great. Anais is very proactive and you can count on her to delegate all the key tasks on the search/signature period. She found appartment very quickly and tried to negotiate prices on my behalf.

Similarly for Coline, the construction and architecture was done as per the agreed timeline. Outcome was better than expected. Coline was here to support for any questions/concerns I could have.

I contacted Investissement locatif End of October 2022 and received my keys End of May. Which means whole process 7 months, from the time I reached out to them, to signing, architecture, construction.

After a slow start (mainly from my side) investissement locatif has been great from A to Z. My first experience has been quite smooth with a great team to support all the way during this process. Mahsa, Ama & Coline Blond were very dedicated, easy to work with and always reachable. I just finished my first investment (buy, renovation, rented) and right away requested investissement locatif to provide new project for new investment.
The fees from investissement locatif are now low and you might feel it’s on the high end of the market but I can guarantee from my experience that it worths every penny of it. 5* services provided without a doubt !

Very good experience. As an expat the services provided were very useful. From finding the appartment, to the architectural plans, construction work etc everything went smoothly and according to plan.
Appartment bought in January 2022, delivered after full construction work on July 23rd 2022 and tenant in place as of August 10th 2022 with a rent matching exactly what was forecasted.
