Cant deliver as advertised
I put in an order for 2 watch straps, promised for next day delivery. I didn't recive them until 3 days later. The tracking of the package also left alot to be desired. I wasn't notified at any point. I had to check my self and when I did the information was the very minimum.
The watch straps them self are grate but service was poor.

We are truly sorry that your express delivery did not arrive on time – and we fully understand how frustrating that must have been. When choosing express shipping, the package should of course be delivered the next day as promised.
Your order was placed during the Black Friday period, where transport carriers across Denmark were under significant pressure. Although we still expected DAO to deliver next-day as usual, this unfortunately did not happen in your case. That is not acceptable, and we sincerely apologise.
We have attempted to contact you directly to resolve the issue, but have not yet been able to reach you. We would very much like to make sure you do not end up with a negative overall experience – especially since the watch straps themselves meet your expectations.
