The team at Nice move were great, they worked tirelessly over two days and took a lot of the stress out of moving. I was on my own with a baby and they went above and beyond to help. Unplumbing a washing machine that had been left and moving it out of the property for me. 100% recommend!

If you are looking for a removal company, this is the one to go for. The moving team did a fantastic job for me, They came on time, were so polite and friendly and got the job done professionally within the time frame. When the issue arose with the onward property, the person in charge was not only knowledgeable and sympathetic but also provided me with valuable advice and emotional support. The following day, they came back and offloaded and assembled the furniture in the locations we wanted them to. I am so glad I chose them. Thank you so much Nicemove!

Nicemove have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The whole team were responsive, supportive and approachable. The move from our property ran smoothly and efficiently. Furthermore, they were always so happy to help and accommodating of our needs as we have small children.

When we arrived at our new property, vendors had not moved out of our new property. Sadly we were then unable to move into our new property until the next day. Nicemove helped us navigate that awful situation in a professional and empathic manner. They quickly assembled a team to help us move in the next day. They have also provided evidence to allow us to claim compensation from the vendors.

Excellent team/crew. From meeting Patrick & getting quote, dealeith the lovely Georgia Bout dates & just generally having a weekly meltdown. To the actual crewJordan,Jay,Dillan,Ethan & Nathan. Came when they said they would. Brilliant communication & leadership from Jordan with both team and myself. Everyone was respectful of our belongings, nothing was too much trouble. Very happy to go above and beyond to meet the needs of the moving process, which is incredibly stressful anyway. The team were all lovely to deal with, no issues at all, they worked hard and tirelessly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nicemove & the team to anyone. Competively priced, they really are amazing. Top service from everyone at nicemove, the office staff are brilliant, we didn’t get confirmation until 5pm the day before we moved, but there was no stress Georga handled everything for us, the lads turned up bang on time, put protective covers over all the floors and looked after all our belongings brilliantly, everything was packed up and moved with no issues nothing was to much trouble for the lads, would definitely recommend the service provided by nicemove great company to deal with.

Nicemove were fantastic when packing up and moving our belongings to our new house. They arrived when they said they would, the guys were really friendly, helpful and professional. I was so scare as we went back to France with so many things and specially a "precious "piano; but very one help me to be relax and they manage this moving with a real 5*. Nicemove provided helpful and efficient service during our recent move from Manchester to Newcastle. We found their rates to be very reasonable too given they also broke down and put up two beds, a desk and replumbed our washing machine. We had a slight delay in delivery of our goods due to a recent storm but Nicemove kept us well informed and delivered as soon as was safe to do so. The lads that helped us were polite and very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Nicemove were fantastic from start to finish. They were able to accommodate my last minute request to move just before Christmas. Communication with Tracy was excellent and all the people who helped packed and move our items were really professional. Everything was securely packed and the team worked so hard to get us in to our new home as soon as possible. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

Nicemove have been my go-to mover for years now. My most recent moves were complicated and multiple. In total the team did six moves, including moving to storage and to three different homes over 18 months, and they were utterly excellent on every single occasion. Tracy did an excellent job of surveys and managing everything with flexibility and kindness during a difficult time. We knew exactly what was happening from the first contact to the van leaving, and Tracy even arranged all the packaging, expertly working out what we would need and suggesting solutions such as wardrobe boxes that we didn’t know existed! The team took great care of our things, in transit and in storage; having everything whisked away whilst we were in our interim accommodation and then being delivered in perfect condition a few months later was magical, and so much easier than the DIY version my other half chose.

Earle has been involved in almost every move and his professionalism, practical skills and leadership are second to none. The team who completed our last move, which was a huge job over two days with multiple pick ups were outstanding. Nathan, Oliver and Dylan worked their socks off, starting early and finishing late, and nothing was too much trouble, even with two sets of stairs at both homes, with one of them being very tricky. They covered our brand new flooring and took great care manoeuvering everything so the house was perfect under the mountain of boxes! The team made sure all the furniture was rebuilt so we had everything we needed for our first night in our new home, even though they must have been shattered!

I’m hoping to not require another move in the near future, but I wouldn’t even think about another removal company if I did.

Used Nicemove to move house on the same estate, from initially enquiring to the move today the service has been fantastic. Tracy is so helpful and friendly, the lads that came to move all our belongings were like machines they got it done in just a few hours! Nothing broken nothing scuffed, just really good service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend!

John, Nathan and Dan did an absolutely outstanding job, tackling my awkward flat with good humour! They found solutions to all challenges and made sure I was safely set up at the other side. We booked with Pickfords but had the team at nicemove complete the packing and removal. Jonno & Lewis packed up our belongings with care and attention the day before the move which really set our mind at ease. The following day, they returned with Liam and Ollie to complete the removal and move of all of our stuff to the new house. What stood out was how polite the guys were all day. Despite the hard work they had a laugh and were great to have with us on what would have been an incredibly stressful day without them. They treated our belongings with care as if they were their own as you would expect. Great work lads and thanks for all your help
