I like Octobre Editions clothes. I did make like 10 orders in last 2 years, for around 2k EUR , BUT last two orders are complete disaster.
Twice in a row (!) they did send me the invalid size / the size i didn't order. Once L instead of XS and another time, S instead of XS.
It's like - you wait two weeks for your package, you open it (because, yes, it's autumn, and you want to get a new outfit), and you're hugely dissapointed. It's crazy.
When I opened the package and again saw incorrect size it was truly unbelievable....
And, when you contact via email, which I did, I had a feeling that this is some kind of chatbot / ai bot, which really doesn't help. It just tells you some bla bla, that you can send the items back but at this point, honestly, I'm frustrated - i don't want to waste my time for sending items back. you should pay MORE attention to what you send and yes, I want a refund.

So yes, I did lose money and I have two incorrect sized (that actually breach contract) items (which I don't intend to return, because it's really not my fault to spend any more time on this dissapointing experience) :(((
Review:
I placed an order on Monday because I needed it by the following week Wednesday for a photoshoot. Delivery was promised within 5–6 business days — which should have been perfectly on time. Unfortunately, a week later on Monday, the order still hadn’t even been handed over to the shipping service.
Customer service is unreachable via WhatsApp or email. I would not recommend ordering from this store.

Have had three emails from different customer service people this weekend, all saying different things and none of them telling the truth. Clearly Sézane is company that's really happy to lie to its customers, and then keep on doing so, even when you call them out on it. That's just not cricket, is it?
Edit: I have to say that Sézane have been really proactive at reaching out to apologise and fix this. So have updated score to reflect this. Maybe all is not lost!

Octobre has some nice designs and I have had some nice pieces from them. Their sizes are quite arbitrary - I usually have to order a small medium and large in tops in order to find the right size. And their trousers only come in one length which makes buying from them frustrating.
At the moment I have a parcel from them that has gone missing. I have sent three emails to customer services over the past five days and haven't received any reply - not even an acknowledgement.
Unfortunately their sizing and customer service doesn't meet the price point.

Received a faulty sweater, been dealing with it for several weeks, basically months now. Customer service is not helpful at all; it's just going in circles. Under this apparent veil of "high-end" and luxury brand hides incompetence and inability to resolve a relatively simple issue smoothly, at their own expense. Absolutely do not recommend.

After shopping in the Sezane store in Paris I had difficulty getting my VAT refund. After I arrived back in my home country I contacted customer service and they quickly refunded my VAT. What a great customer service experience!

I ordered for a couple of hundred euros. Not all the pieces were a fit, so I returned some of the items and got a quick refund. So far so good. After washing all the items as described at just 30 degrees, the label was already starting to go off. This is the worst start for items I did not even wore before. I contacted the support and they did not want to refund me anything. The only offer I got was a 15 euro debit for future purchases.

For me, it is really a mix bag, the quality is very inconsistent. I had 2 items (keneth t-shirt and wesson sweatshirt) shrinking and losing their color after just a single wash, despite following instruction (delicate 30°). I'm quite satisfied with knits that I got some months ago though, but I did not dare to wash them yet. I would typically recommend cold washing, or even directly washing by hand. I was also very disappointed by the charlie shirts whose sizing is quite inconsistent. I tried 2 sizes, first M, which was too loose and too long. Then I tried S, but which was all of a sudden way too tight around the chest, and weirdly, also around the arms... Yet, for some reason it was still way too long to be worn not tucked in the pants. It's a bit weird since it's clearly advertised as a casual shirt. I'm 1m75. Client service was very efficient though and I had no trouble returning item and getting refunded when the fit was not ok. But I still will not order anything from them in the future.

Bought a jacket that for some reason is designed to have holes in all four pockets. Lost my airpods, sunglasses and public transportation card because of it (all at once).
Explained this case to customer service. They answered I should only carry big items in the pockets.
Wow, very useful! Thanks a lot for not only poor design but also poor service. Will never buy again.

Returned a few items for a refund, the items was received back by them on the 24th (as per tracking) I received an email on the 26th saying my refund still hasn’t been sorted but to hang on a few days. I then got in contact with them on the 28th about the refund and the customer service guys claims it was only received back by them on the 27th, when I showed him proof, he said to wait a few more days. ITS GETTING RIDICULOUS!! Won’t be being from here again

I've bought quite a few items from Octobre Editions, all of which I've loved. I recently had an issue with some shorts fading and the help from Léa in their customer services team was brilliant - the item was collected from my home and a full credit note issued, without having to battle. Highly recommend :)

Bad bad quality! I ordered the Chris wallet for my boyfriend for Christmas. We were both extremely disappointed in the quality of the product. The leather is so thin you can barely recognize it as leather. Probably leather waste pasted back together. Awful colour, not camel at all.
Don't fall for the monogramming. I can only describe it as a trick. A way you cannot send the item back, as they probably know a lot of people would do that once they see it.
Costumer service is not willing to address the problems.
I love sezane, but this sister brand is just rubbish. First and last time I'm buying from octobre editions.
