UPDATE: 10 October 2025, late afternoon.
Through another customer review, I was able to obtain a phone number to customer service and called them today. The representative agreed I was due another shipment, then explained that in one week I would receive & be required to complete another medical form for the doctor. Upon approval, my next 3 month supply will be shipped.
I have given another star because of his helpfulness. If RxPros follows through as promised, I will increase my rating to 4 stars… holding back one star because their online response is sorely lacking and definitely needs to be revamped to improve their customer service.

10 October 2025, morning.
I paid RxPros for a 6-month supply of Semaglutide and received the first 3 months right away, which was 3 bottles labeled months 1, 2 & 3. My second bottle came up short for my final injection. I’m on my 3rd bottle now & hoping it will give me the full amounts for my injections.
There’s a bigger problem though. I have inquired through their patient portal about the timing of my next shipment of the final 3 months, due this month, and cannot get any satisfactory answer. At first their response was that my shipment had already arrived. I told them it had not and after going around about it, I discovered they were talking about the first shipment. I explained that I had received the first 3 months, but wanted a date for the second 3 months that I had already paid for.
I presented the facts of my purchased plan, payment for 6 months, receipt of 3 months, but got nowhere. That’s when I requested to speak with a representative. They assured me a rep would call me within an hour. I requested again a few hours later and again a few days later. I sent another message today and am receiving no response at all.
I have one shot left from my first 3 month supply and feel that I have been scammed.
My only recourse now, I fear, is to contact my bank to dispute the payment and contact the Better Business Bureau.

When I first heard about Rx Pros, I was hesitant to order medication online, but I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything was. The website was easy to navigate, and the pricing was clear with no hidden fees. I filled out my intake form and had a video call with a doctor the next morning. She was friendly and explained exactly what to expect from the treatment. My first shipment arrived within three days, perfectly cold and neatly packed. It included alcohol wipes, syringes, and a printed guide that made the injections simple to manage. After six weeks, I’ve lost 11 pounds and noticed my energy is much better. Everything has felt safe, legitimate, and well organized.
Same as most people, very happy in the beginning now it's a complete mess. I too have requested to change medication from semaglutide to Tirzepatide. The doctor has confirmed he will approve the medication change and start me at 7.5mg injections. After weeks with only one response I finally found out my account has been closed due to me cancelling my order for semaglutide. I am paying the 3month price so why wouldn't I cancel the order if I am changing medications? Then one of the vial's sent to me split from the medal lip area and some of the medicene leaked out when filling my syringe. No biggie I understand if I have to lose on this, but they did ask for a pic of the vial, I sent it to them in email and once again no response.
The doctor himself is irritated. I sent them screenshots of his and my conversations, that he has escalated my case to customer service escilation team? That he has been waiting for my chart to approve the medication change, the dosage and the week early (loss medicene) for my next 3 month package.
Still nothing. No matter how many emails I send, nothing back anymore. No matter how many times I message the doctor he keeps telling me until he gets my chart his hands are tied.
I am so disappointed because everything was going great I have dropped 16lbs...........but now all my apetite is coming back with the cravings due to my low dose and the semaglutide is not that strong, which is the reason for the medication change. Now it looks like I have to find a new company to go with who will probably make me start at a low dose again which is not going to help me if I am at 5.0 to be taken back to a 2.5. The doctor wants to start me on Tirzapatide @ 7.5 dose for my 4th month and I cannot get anybody to answer emails, or chats or messages. Now I am geting nervous about them having my credit card information because how can you trust a company that makes it impossible to communicate with them at all?
Their support is top notch! I had a question on a weekend and it was answered in just a couple of minutes.. 5 stars!

They are a fraud. They sent me a 3 month supply and I paid for a year. They will not communicate with you by phone and there responses to email and texts do not solve anything. I need to get a lawyer

I am just trying to get my last three months that was paid for in advance.
I finally did get a phone # 1-855-495-3050 and was told to fill out another med form. The problem is I have yet to receive the said form and
talking to a bot is a pain in the ass. I am a human not a bot and my Human money should afford them a human to handle question. I am now seeing several complaints about the same thing with the same generic response from yet another bot. DO BETTER!!!!!!!

Order was approved 9/21/2025. After not receiving my order in two weeks and getting multiple excuses, I canceled my order and requested a full refund. I was told my refund had been approved and was processing. They shipped my order anyway. Days later I received notification that my order was shipped to an address that is now greater than 3000 miles away from my home address that I have since returned to. I called them as soon as I saw the shipping notice and tried to stop the order since the notification stated only the label had been printed. It’s pointless talking to their customer service.

I've been a member of Rxpros for around two years. I've been on one therapy and have over time added other therapies I've had with other companies to eventually consolidate everything with Rxpros. They're pricing and convenience in addition to shipping has been very satisfactory and it is hard to move any services away from them given the quality of medication and pricing. So far the best option to go for especially if you have multiple therapies and you sign up for their VIP program. The discounts far outweigh the annual membership.

While I appreciate the meds that were provided and I've lost weight...over 1300 dollars for 3 months of medication is absolutely ridiculous. These companies buy this stuff for pennies on the dollar from overseas and then slap a label on it and charge hundreds of dollars more than its worth. Not worth it in my opinion. Do your research and find your glp-1's elsewhere.

Although a little pricey, the medication was less pricey than other vendors. Service is good an information provided is very helpful. This medication has definitely taken the food noise out of my head and allow me to eat more healthy and lose weight at a healthy rate.

I have been on zepbound for several months. I signed up with Rx pro to get the compounded medication at half the cost of Eli Lily direct. The process went very smoothly and I was approved quickly. Unfortunately the medication was sent to the pharmacy (2-3 day processing) 11 days ago! I have been assured by Rx pro that the pharmacy was catching up on all the back orders today and tomorrow and my medication would be shipped out soon. That was several days ago. I should have received an injection on October 3rd. The longer it is between injections the more apt you are to have severe side effects. I have been lucky and have had little to no side effects up to this point. I am very worried! When following up about the shipment I was told that it was taking so long because they had thousands of back orders to fill. That is a company problem, they should not be taking additional orders until they can fix the distribution problem! Especially still telling people delivery will take 2-3 days once approved!
Update: I have now received a tracking number and the medication is supposed to be here tomorrow.
I will update when it actually arrives.
Update: The medication was received October 7th, packaged well and still cold.
I will update in a few days as I am 5 days late with this increased dose of medication. Side effects can be greatly increased and more severe when the dosage is increased AND especially if the dose is late.

My husband & I both ordered from them. After 12 weeks - nothing. I’ve been on semiglutide before & this was nothing - didn’t work. Luckily they refunded my last 3 months since it hadn’t been delivered yet. Find a better company. Save your money.
