First product they shipped was faulty for multiple reasons and should have never been repacked and shipped. Their customer service was on point, but from what I read in other reviews is that this seems to be the way they do business. Ship completely faulty products, and if the customer complains, try to fix it quickly. Our product had a very long delivery time, but somehow the replacement could be there within a week.

I purchased a couch from Sohome that started unraveling within the warranty period. Over two months ago, I reported the issue, but the experience since then has been extremely frustrating. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have been passed back and forth without clear answers about when or even if the replacement will happen.
The lack of transparency and consistent communication has been disappointing. At times, it has felt as though the company is intentionally avoiding addressing my concerns. As a customer, this has severely eroded my confidence in Sohome’s ability to stand by their products and honor their warranties.

The product I received is in an unacceptable condition and has caused significant inconvenience. Below are the issues I encountered:
1. The outer packaging was already damaged upon delivery, which led to scratches on the metal legs (table stand).
2. Upon opening the package, I found that both sides of the tabletop were extremely dirty, covered in wood dust.
3. During assembly, three screws could not be tightened. It appears the table stand is slightly bent, and the screws provided are too short.
4. After managing to assemble the table, I discovered that the tabletop itself is damaged and remains extremely dirty, with wood dust and what seems to be paint residue. Despite my efforts, it cannot be cleaned properly. Touching the surface leaves my hands stained.
Their return policy states that products must be repackaged for return. However, as the packaging was already damaged upon delivery, it is impossible for me to comply with this requirement.
This situation has created a mess in my apartment, and I cannot accept a product in such a poor condition. They made this poor product and I have to deal with this mess.

We ordered a cough, that was delivered without the legs, screws and other spare parts. So, we called them 5 days ago and send the pictures. They are just saying `as soon as possible`. When???

Customer service great. The product was perfect and the precision on delivery was flawless. Definitely my Amazon for furniture buying.
Very bad experience. They never sent any notice about delays in delivery. When I wrote to them to see what was going on, they finally confirmed that there was an issue with order (to the brand). I had to cancel one of my orders as I already waited more than two weeks at that point. Don't trust their estimate delivery date.

High quality product. Various design options. The delivery was delayed but overall great experience.
The coat-hanger ( kapstok) looked of good quality and of course simple to put up.. so we think but the plugs for the wall are too small for the big screws.. the big screws are too tight for the plugs and halfway will start turning the plugs in the wall. Had to go to gamma to get #8 plugs and screws and then it worked perfectly.
Very good quality, and the table arrived earlier than foreseen.
Amazing choices of products, very high quality choices. Delivery was arranged fast and the few times I spoke to their customer support they were very quick and attentive. 5 stars!

We placed a huge order of thousands of euros with Sohome on 21st of April and we never received our order. Every day we call customer care to check when will the order ship, they lie and say oh tonight definitely. We wait and then nothing. Everyday the same story. Still no answer or shipping. They continue to lie and buy time. The order was of almost 4000 euros along with all the time and effort on back and forth with the company. The money and time is lost - best to avoid this company altogether

I got a Table from SoHome. It’s beautiful, looks sturdy, however, the coating is very bad.
It’s been a year I have the table. After the contact with a tape, when I lifted it, the coating of the table stayed on the tape… (a normal tape) … so disappointing for such an expensive table…
