I am so grateful to Jake and the entire crew at USA Medical for their guidance. My daughter has been battling epilepsy, which needed medication for several years. I've always been skeptical about the pharmaceutical industry and was on a quest for a safer alternative. I talked with Jake, he told me about the advantages of CBD, especially for individuals with epilepsy. We decided to give it a shot and purchased a bottle. My daughter started using it a few weeks back. For starters, she is fond of the taste, a stark contrast to her previous medication. But more than that, she has remained seizure-free since we took her off of her medication to and now she is using CBD only. This has been a priceless gift to her, and I can't thank you enough!

Jake and the team at USA Medical are so helpful! My daughter suffers from epilepsy and she's had to be on medication for the last few years. I truly disagree with all things big pharma, and was looking for a better alternative to giving my child what is likely hurting more than helping. What a terrific company, ran buy people that actually care about their customers. I found the owner Jake on his TikTok account doing a live answering questions about health issues and also the wonderful products they offer. I find the communication with this company the BEST around. If I ever do have an issue, it is resolved, super fast and with a personal touch. The products are fantastic and I've never been able to address some of my chronic pain until finding some of the CBG products. Also, the magnesium and CBD capsule have really helped my sleep!!

The products are high quality and they work. I use the women's multi, magnesium, cbd+cbg,cbd gel caps, immune support, ashwaganda, cbd treats and oil for my dogs. I've used other products they sell too.I need less pain meds for my bad back, I sleep so much better. Jake makes himself available to you and has the best customer service out there. He has helped me with my orders, scheduling how to take the supplements and so much more. The USA Medical Facebook group is so helpful and keeps you involved. They offer so much more then vitamins & supplements too. Finding USA Medical has been life changing for me. I have recommended then to people and will continue to do so for a long time! Been using their products over a year now.

It has been an all-around great experience working with this company, but what I found makes it stand out is a personal touch from Jake. Whenever I had a question he was quick to answer and I felt confident in what I was fine. Outstanding company and I would highly suggest giving them a try. Definitely will not be sorry.

Everything was delivered almost on time, but, they texted me and explained why. What other company does that? I am so impressed with their honesty and integrity. Jake has a great company and is always willing to talk to you to answer questions.

Ordered CBG-CBD oil, money taken from account, no product received _ordered 6/2/2023

Their online order system indicated that there was an error and my order did not go through. I reordered and then found out I was charged twice. I was able to resolve after back and forth with customer service. Jake was prompt in refunding the duplicate. Unfortunately I was not told that and just saw the refund on my CC statement.
The CSR apparently didn't know that he had issued the refund and was indicating I would be responsible for the shipping, then after pressed that I would get a gift card for the cost of shipping.

This was my first order, I can not comment on the product itself just my experience with attempting to resolve a customer service issue.

This is nothing against you, Jake, I put in a CBD oil, capsules order, and ever since I did that they’ve use my credit card for all kinds of things and I’ve been hacked. I think you should know this. My name is Robert VanDerPloeg and I ordered from you couple weeks ago. Ever since then I’ve been in turmoil with my financial situation on the credit card. I know it’s not your fault, but you have a mole or something in your mist. You have my info, so if you wanted to get in contact with me, feel free.

I was hesitant about the grape seed oil and when I asked through IG messages I got quick responses. I am currently trying to figure out my personal dosing for CBG , it has surely helped with anxiety but not much help with pain. Ive only been taking it for a few days. I am sleeping much better with the night time bundle. There are so many CBD companies out there so customer service is important
