Consistently Bad Service and Poorly Managed
My experience with Vinted Go has been disappointing on multiple occasions. This is not just one mistake; the problems with this company are clearly structural.
1. Unreasonably long waiting times
Every time there is an issue, Vinted Go insists that you must wait 25 business days before they even start an investigation. This makes no sense, especially since Homerr (which was taken over by Vinted Go) says investigations can start after 10 business days without a new scan, and some Vinted Go employees mention 15. Even if you show proof of what their own staff told you, they completely ignore it and still stick to the 25 business days rule. During this long waiting period, they conveniently keep hold of your money, sitting on it as if nothing is wrong, and no doubt earning from it in the meantime.
2. Useless customer service
The customer service is basically non-functional. They send the same standard messages over and over again about the 25 business days, without reading or addressing the content of your complaint. It feels like they are only there because the company legally needs a place where customers can send complaints, but they do the bare minimum and show zero empathy or initiative.
3. Unfair review system
You can receive a negative review even when you have done everything correctly. For example, if their tracking system does not update or the buyer fails to pick up the item, it can appear as if you never sent it. Even with proof that the parcel was shipped and delivered, you can still end up penalized. This system is completely unfair and makes no sense.
After several similar experiences, it is clear that Vinted Go’s problems are not isolated incidents but the result of poor management and a lack of accountability. The company ignores valid evidence, hides behind long waiting periods, holds onto users’ money, and provides no real customer support. Overall, this is a company that shows no respect for its users or their time.

My package delivery was re-directed. This happens almost every time. As I have limited mobility, it's a problem.
Horrible
Horrible. Now forced to use this service. All my other options are turned off. Delivery takes 2-3 weeks instead of 5 days. There is never a locker available. The machines screen doesn't always work. There is 1 depot in the area to cover 5000 people 🤷 I have to cancel so many orders.
12km of travelling, two round trips
3km away from my home this time. They don't care, they make no effort to deliver to the correct location.
I have a second package not yet scanned delivred to the same relay, so I'll have to do another 6km trip to get that once the guy can be bothered to scan it.
Vinted Go and Mondial Relay are the worst of all the courriers, and they're all bad so it's a low bar. I only use them when there is no other option, and frankly I'm so sick of it I'm probably going to just stop buying and selling when they force me to use these two abysmal delivery companies.
Can't even contact Vinted go, as their web formula doesn't recognise their own order numbers.

Terrible, I wait so long for my package didn’t arrive I try to call customer service, wait 20 minutes and after the women on the phone scream to me that I need to wait 25 bussines days (that I see online) she knows nothing, nothing useful at all, will never use it again, now I need to order this thing again because I really need it

Vinted keeps forcing their garbage service down our throats by disabling all services except their. Lost more packages with them than I can count. I hope the EU steps in for their shady anti competitive practices.
Lockers are very easy to use
Lockers are very easy to use. Great to be able to take out the package whenever it suits me best. It also means that the shipment costs are generally a bit lower.
The downside of this shipment was that not the delivery point of my choice was used but instead the package was dropped off, not even nearby, but at a locker far out of town, next to a highway. It is not the most convenient location and took planning to be able to get there.
Absolute garbage experience for both the customer and the seller
Absolute garbage experience for both the customer and the seller. Points in 2 locations “near you” if you’re lucky and you have to travel kilometers for them which in the end doesn’t even feel worth it if you’re selling stuff for a few euro because you’ll pay more for the train ticket or the fuel to drop it off, so far both of the packages I sent are coming back to me because they just leave it wherever they want instead of the pick up point the seller chose. Waste of time and money for everyone involved and you can’t do anything about it because vinted’s customer “service” is just a bunch of ai bots sending you shit formulaic responses that basically mean “we don’t care, f—- all of you”.

This is slowest of all shipping…
This is slowest of all shipping services available ever. Local shipments may take up to two weeks, international can easily take up 3 weeks or more. How many people are working there? 2 or 3? This is killing for businesses. There needs be someone with logistic knowledge/experience to reorganize this company the sooner the better.
First and last time with ups/vinted. Old school may be better.
This was my first experience with an ups or vinted box, I used it to save time and guarantee delivery, after a few parcels had gone missing in the past (I’ve learnt over the past 6 years it’s common in France). Between the wait with customer service and process, It took me 40 minutes to get my parcel, personally I’d rather risk losing the delivery over losing 40 minutes of time.
Completely unreliable, terrible service
Ever since Vinted started their own Vinted-Go parcel service, the service has been terrible. Three packages were lost in a row, wrong packages were delivered with my address on them containing clothing I hadn't ordered. They take no responsibility, just pointing to the parcel service (which they own!). Honestly statistically it doesn't even make sense that you lose all packages. Also, you used to be able to select the postage service most convenient to you, now only Vinted Go is available. Very untrustworthy. I won't be using Vinted anymore.
Slow and terrible communication
Always very slow. Got an email saying: 'We will be delivering your package today!'. Well guess what, did not happen. And more than 24 hours later, still nothing. Get your shit together. Just deliver things on time and make sure your communication does not promise things it can not deliver.

Delivered package to wrong person
My package was delivered to another person without showing ID or QR code. I asked customer service for help, but just kept saying my package was delivered. Yes its delivered, but to wrong person!! Its very concerning. They dont listen to you at all, dont feel heard or protected at all even with buyer protection through vinted.
