Thank you so much for such a great service I received from a staff member from Barakaldo Vet Shop, who called me when it turned out that there was a much better product for my little dog and his knee problems than the one I had ordered. It was so nice when I don't know anything about that kind of thing myself. What a fantastic, lovely service.
Placed an order for enzivet . Said on the 2 nd Dec. Order been sent. Now 6th Dec. But seur , the courier have not received the package to deliver. Do not use this company cannot be trusted.

Shopped for hide chewing sticks for my dogs, priced at 54€, but when they appeared in my basket, they were 82€. Contacted Barakaldo by WhatsApp, only to be given a load of rubbish about varying market prices, effecting the end sale price. Never heard such baseless twaddle.
Bought elsewhere for 56€.
