If you rate your product correct they honor their offer
I am always worried one of these trade-in companies will low-ball me after I send in. I have had a few transactions with this company and not once have they downgraded my device. A sleazy company could knock $20 off and figure you won't want the hassle of them shipping it back and trying again.
I am honest with my trade condition and they are honest, prompt, and communicative each time I use them.

I was a little scare after I sent it because I started reading some bad reviews. But if you look there is very few bad reviews and I read the replies from the company and they seemed really legit so I was hoping my experience went well. I sent my phones out and I really looked them over before they went and made sure everything was where it should be in their grading. After 5 business days I got a message from the company that my money will be submitted within the next business day. So my experience was great and I will use again in the future! P.S. also read a bunch of reviews saying all the positive were fake. I'm as fake as PSU's pre season ranking lol.
