the agreed shipping at the time of purchase was changed on the expected delivery date to a distant date without informing me about it... so they ship whenever they want without informing the customer

Delayed delivery time again.
Here we go again.
So I ordered: 20986901 which is a gaming monitor.
So last time I reviewed, wasn't exactly much better than this. Now now I can't even explain how badly the "expected delivery" has been.
I got an email yesterday at 4:34 PM, and it said the new expected delivery date was tomorrow the 27th
And the delivery time was calculated that it would get shipped from their remote storage today the 25th and they would have it on their storage today, and it would be estimated that I had it tomorrow. - And again today I got another one at 4:31 PM. Where it said, I would get it on the 28th Thursday.
And it's exactly the same with that the delivery date was "calculated" that it would get shipped from their remote storage today. and they would have it tomorrow and I was "expected" to have it on the 28th.
They're not even sending an email or anything with a reason as to why it has been "delayed".
I've shopped at Computersalg before without having any issues, so I don't get why it suddenly takes them this much time. Last time I ordered from here which was last year - I ordered all the parts for a brand new gaming PC, and the items came on the expected days without any delays.
I would buy here again, but not when the item is on remote storage and it says 3-5 week days (Monday-Friday) on their website.

We fully understand your frustration – especially since you have previously had good experiences with us, and this time we have not lived up to that expectation.
The delays are due to the item being shipped from a remote warehouse, and unfortunately, we are dependent on the information and delivery times we receive from there. When we receive new updates from the warehouse, they are automatically forwarded to you as revised estimated delivery dates – but we acknowledge that this does not provide you with the full background for the changes, and we apologize for that.
We are, of course, following up on your order to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible.

I am not ordering from them again. I ordered few stuff for my sons birthday, it arrived after we had left for vacation, and then it returned back then we booked another date (the day after we arrive from holiday), then they send it again when we were still on holiday. the worst part is their support centre only open for calls at 13:00, I find that super awkward, and not really service minded.

Do not order from them as they try and trick you out of money.
I am shocked at the lack of competence I have faced while trying to return a pair of shoes. Not only was I required to pay for and arrange my own GLS shipping label (which I did), but you also went ahead and charged me an additional 39.00 kr on my Klarna account as a “return fee.”
This fee is listed in Klarna as the cost of the return — yet I had already paid for the shipping myself. So now you are charging me for something I have already paid for.
I have been in contact with Magnus from your customer service team for two weeks with no resolution. Meanwhile, I am being forced to pay this extra amount because it’s with Klarna, and I risk having interest added if I don’t.
This is careless, unacceptable, and feels like an attempt to take money unfairly. I strongly advise others not to order from this company, as they do not handle returns transparently.

Items take forever to arrive and they are missing parts
I bought a cover with keyboard and pen for my tablet, but the cover came without the pen. After trying to contact Computersalg different ways I have no response feom them, but I keep getting emails to leave my opinion about the shopping, there you go!!

Unfortunately, a pen is not included with the following product. There is only a storage option where a pen can be placed. If you do not wish to keep the item, we would be happy to offer you a return.

Poor customer service - no refund for undelivered order
I ordered some products from Computer salg on 23-may, but due to surprisingly long delivery time (12 days) and a business trip I was not able to pickup the package and so the package was sent back to them.
Then without any agreement with me, they have sent the package again, but due to summer holiday I was again not able to pick it up by 2 July when the pickup deadline was.
Today on 1-August, they refuse to refund me, saying they haven't received the package back - even though the pickup deadline was 2-July.
I've paid for something I never received, and their response is completely unhelpful.
Extremely poor service.
