I was conned into buying swap protect which I never wanted and they refused to remove it, even when I'd messaged within 30 seconds of the order.
Parcel has been left in a grey wheelie bin sent me photo but not mine or any of my neighbours i asked to be delivered to my neighbour 32 Upwood Park Black Moor Road Oxenhope Keighley Bd22 9Ss absolute nightmare

I used WhatsApp to contact Customer Services regarding a delivery query and Kai gave me prompt and good advice so that I could vomplete my order. Well done!
Missing dress in my order, contacted Debenhams through their WhatsApp service. Kai dealt with the issue really well & efficiently! I had a good explanation as to why it was missing, out of stock item & a refund has already been processed in my account.

They cancelled my order saying there was a problem with my address but it’s obviously because I live in Northern Ireland. Very disappointed. Do better.

Poor experience, unnecessary long waiting times for responses from Customer Service on WhatsApp only for them not to answer and deal with your query properly. Passed around several agents before my query was resolved.
Long shipping and delivery times will definitely not shop at Debenhams again.

I still have not received my package. It appears to be stuck at the EVRI depot and despite repeated contact with them I am making no progress. My experience of EVRI is that they are totally unreliable and impossible to get an appropriate response from them. For this reason I will not be ordering from your business again.
I received the dress today. Unfortunately, this evening when I wanted to try it on I found that the dress had been worn. I received it in unacceptable condition. I will attach pictures. And this is not the first time I have received such clothes!!! It is not possible to send something like this in a parcel! Someone must answer! Please make the necessary checks when sending the parcels! I can't even try it on, but I don't have time to clean it, because I have an event tomorrow evening. I will return it next week.
What a dreadful company. I ordered and paid for a pair of boots. They never arrived. That equally appalling Company Evri didn’t deliver them. Six weeks later and I still haven’t had a refund. How shocking is that. They purposely make it very difficult to pursue matters. Avoid this shameful business.
Bought a replacement radio, i already knew which one i wanted and Debenhams was a good price with quick delivery. Got it delivered to post office for convenience
Waited 10 days for delivery, seriously, returned it the next day as it didn't fit, got an email 5 days later to say my return had been received then had to wait 15 days for the refund to be credited to my account

It's confusing dealing with Debenhams online however I used WhatsApp to query my order delay and immediately got information from "Kai" who was very helpful.
I hope that you do not purchase anything from Debenhams after you read my review:
Approx. 3/4 months ago I purchased Lancôme facial cream which I liked. But approx 1 months later I received another one the same which I did NOT order, it is still unopened, it appears it is not returnable! approx a further month later another shipment exactly the same as the previous two came, again turned up at my address which I did NOT order, both still in their packets unopened. So over the last 10 days or so days I have tried in vane to speak with a real person NOT an AI which is the only way you can communicate, and they are useless as they send you a message back REPEATEDLY saying “can you explain as I do not understand. Can you give your order number and email”. Then I receive messages for the same. These conversations have gone on for at least 15 days. The problem is still unresolved and I still have the parcels unopened, Debenhams have robbed me of £115.53 because they will not take the unopened parcels back which I did NOT order. NEVER will I ever buy anything from this fraud organisation. Rita
Easy to place order, it was delivered before estimated date, and was just as described and considering the price paid was good value.
I purchased a pair of boots which were described as 'Suede'.
When I received them it transpired they were 'Faux Suede'
I tried to contact Customer Services and received an automated response.
I sent a further email and 2 weeks later am still awaiting a response.
I have returned the boots requesting a full refund without any deduction for postage.
Dreadful customer service and poor quality item. Will NEVER buy from Debenhams again
