I ordered flowers to be delivered 3 times and it didn't get delivered all three times
I ordered flowers to be delivered 3 times. All three times it has not been delivered. I have given them the exact location and the exact place and they still fail deliver the order. I have even given them a number to contact when they are there and they still fail to even bother calling the person to check if it has been delivered to the right place. No matter how many times I send this order out they keep being unable to follow the instructions and directions given to them. This is very disappointing as I expected better service and for them to at least follow the location that I have given to them. It shouldn't be this hard to find a place and deliver it to the right place.
Wrong product and terrible service
Terrible service. A wrong bouquet was delivered (we specifically didn’t want lilies that are poisonous for dogs and the bouquet that was sent was full of them). The bouquet looked nothing like the one we chose and paid for. When I contacted their customer service, all they did was gaslight and tell me that due to seasonality, the flowers differ. They offered no solution or compensation.
Horrible
I ordered for the first time with euroflorist yesterday and the flowers they delivered are the cheapest and pathetic looking one can ever imagine. They apologized and offered discount. No thanks, never ever ordering with them.
Seems like a scam
I ordered flowers the day before for my friend's birthday. They didn't arrive and i've gotten zero communication, i was also unable to contact customer support. Now wondering if this website is just one big scam. Who the hell does this with a service that people use for special occasions? They should be ashamed of themselves.
Would give 0 stars if I could - false advertisement
Would give 0 stars if I could; you cannot trust the photos that are displayed on their website as reference on what will actually be sent. The pictures of the different bouquets are useless - unless you want to spend money on a mystery bundle, please be warned. I ordered the large SOFT PASTELS bouquet as a birthday present for my aunt, described as “ A loose field bouquet in pastel shades, that will for sure bring a smile on their face”. The picture showed mainly roses and some other components weaved in throughout. What arrived was a white themed bouquet mainly consisting of chrysanthemums with a few hints of other flowers that were dark purple throughout - NOT A SINGLE HINT OF PASTEL. In my culture, you gift chrysanthemums for a funeral and not a birthday so the bouquet did not bring a smile to my aunts face. I sent a complaint through with comparison images and initially whilst the company offered a 20% discount as a gesture of goodwill.. given we had received an item we did not order I was hoping for at least a gift voucher in value close to what we had spent on the large bouquet. In the end, we received poor customer service and was told that we received fresh flowers so the complaint could not be taken any further :/. On their website under additional information, it mentions that “ Please note that the image represents the bouquet’s color and shape. Flowers may vary depending on availability and season”. Please watch out for this because they took this to a whole new level as an excuse of justifying sending completely different flowers that actually did not hold up to their claims - the colours were not PASTEL as we ordered so it is not true that their images represent the colour. This is false advertisement and a scam! If they had sent flowers consisting of lillies which were not pictured on the website, this could have poisoned our pet cats. I would never trust this company again because they do not care about their customers; they are not trustworthy, reliable, ethical, and failed to take accountability/ responsibility. I wish I checked trustpilot before using them because the low reviews make complete sense. Very disappointing experience.
Easy process, flowers looked gorgeous
I sent a bouquet to my friend in Amsterdam for his 50th. I live in London so I needed something that I can coordinate remotely. Easy to order, delivered on time, minimal communication in between so no fuss. And the flowers looked amazing!
They send the wrong thing, then lie about it.
I don't ever leave reviews, but I think I need to in this case. For my anniversary I ordered the Sunny Delight bouquet because my partner loves sunflowers. This was not what I received. That in and of itself is a problem, but what's even worse is their customer service comes back with an attitude saying that I received what I ordered, the Midnight bouquet. As if I don't have literal receipts saying otherwise. This company is a joke, they don't give a damn about their customers. Avoid at all costs and find another company to use.
Zero accountability
Disappointed with the service. I ordered flowers for a company as a gesture of appreciation, but the delivery window was between 17:00 and 22:30 — completely outside office hours. The flowers couldn’t be delivered, and Euroflorist offered no help or compensation, despite partnering with the courier. I was told to sort it out myself. The whole order ended up being useless for its intended purpose. Would not recommend.
UNRELIABLE: STAY AWAY
UNRELIABLE, Order still undelivered 2!! days later despite paying for same day delivery. Two days later and still listed as allegedly not having left the depot! Why do they even have the option of same day order other than scamming one's money! Should have read the reviews. STAY AWAY
Absolutely unreliable
Absolutely unreliable, order not delivered, customer service is not replying, also sending an email for feedback, but flowers are still not delivered one week later. I wish I read reviews before ordering. Never ever again!
Different Flower, Extra charges for nothing
I asked for a large bouquet of peonies. They charged extra for that. Instead, I received a couple of roses and one peony. They also charged extra for a card but just printed out a piece of paper of very poor quality. They are a scam and are ripping people off.
No order received and no customer service either
Order was not delivered and customer service closed. The chat bot was of no use. I find the slogan ‘number one in Europe’ very pretentious as delivering something on Mothers Day (ordered 2 days before) has not been possible. I asked for a refund but was informed it can take up to 10 days! Unacceptable, never again

I ordered a birthday bouquet through Euroflorist.nl well in advance, with a specific delivery date. Despite the promise that 96% of orders arrive on time, my bouquet was delivered a full day late, completely missing the occasion. I submitted a cancellation and refund request the evening of the delivery date after seeing no courier updates all day.
The next day, the flowers were finally dispatched — but when they arrived, they were in terrible condition: wilted, dry, and clearly not fresh. I had already replaced the gift locally out of necessity. I sent in a formal complaint with photos within their stated one-working-day policy, but received no response so far.
Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive when I called. They claimed delays are rare and refused to take responsibility, even though I cancelled before dispatch and the product arrived unusable.
This is not a one-time error — after reading other reviews, I saw many similar complaints. Very disappointing experience for a gift that was meant to be special.

Flowers arrived like rubber and half dead. They sent more out straight away which was nice but the quality of their flowers are disappointing, The cardboard used for delivery takes all the moisture out of the flowers. Would not recommend

Very disappointed with this order Flowers was wilted and looked old and tired, I ordered a Large 100% more - Bunch of Flowers this looked like a small/medium sized bunch. This was meant to wish my Daughter a Happy Birthday all the way from South Africa. Not Satisfied with product that was Delivered - WAS PROMISED A REPLACEMENT ORDER ALMOST A MONTH LATER NOTHING WAS DELIVERED TO MY DAUGHTER NO FEEDBACK FROM EUROFLORIST EMAIL WAS ANSWERED BY ANNA/Dear Euroflorist Customer Service,
I am unsure how to respond to your email, as my daughter has not received anything, and no tracking details have been provided to us. Please refer to my email sent on March 24, 2025.
"I am extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-up regarding my replacement order. Despite your assurance that a replacement would be sent, I have neither received it nor received any updates on its status.
To reiterate, I confirmed my request for a replacement and asked for it to be delivered using the original delivery details unless otherwise required. This order was intended for my daughter's birthday on 18/03/2025, making the timely arrival of fresh flowers crucial."
Your response simply stated:
"Bedankt voor uw e-mail.
Uw bestelling is momenteel onderweg en we hopen dat uw bloemen goed ontvangen zullen worden."
However, no tracking details were provided, no communication was made with me or my daughter (the recipient), and no arrangements were confirmed for the delivery.
Please provide immediate confirmation regarding the status of the replacement. I expect prompt action and a clear response on whether my order will be fulfilled.

It seems there has been a misunderstanding regarding our previous discussion. I have been in contact with Anna (Euroflorist Netherlands) and Sheila (Klantenservice Euroflorist Nederland) since March 19, 2025. The initial order was delivered, but unfortunately, the quality was extremely poor. I was assured that a replacement order would be sent.
Please refer to Order Nr: NL22018863 (dated March 18, 2025) and our previous discussions regarding this matter. I am now following up on the replacement order that was promised to me over a week ago.
Could you kindly provide an urgent update on the status of this replacement? Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated.

Worst experience
I ordered a flower bouquet for my dear friend and I was so excited because the flower I ordered was her favorite. But what she received not even closer to the flower bouquet I ordered in there website really this is so disappointing. What a shame never order again never ever.
Do not order here - unreliable!
Ordered for my friend's birthday. Order did not arrive. Had to email them the following day and they said they would send it as soon as possible. Then they just cancelled my order.
Very poor quality
Pity that I only read the reviews after receiving the flowers. :( I can confirm every single word—they look nothing like the picture, the quality is below poor, and customer service refused to refund it.
READ REVIEWS BEFORE THINKING OF USING THIS COMPANY
Ordered for delivery yesterday - cannot track order - cannot get communication with human cannot understand emails that are sent to me in Dutch -get messages to complete a survey in Dutch - have had to ask a Dutch friend to contact them as to whether or not the delivery will ever be made ---FRUSTRATING to say the least - save your energy and look elsewhere !
Delivery has now been made - no one in yesterday so delivered today - much hastle would have been avoided if this was shown on tracking - though still await to see if flowers are as described !
This company cannot even tell the truth -
There was someone in yesterday all day and when the delivery was made this morning the driver explained that as certain flowers were not in stock they waited for the new stock to arrive this morning .
What eventually turned up was nothing at all like the order - APPALLING EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH -
