Good choice and easy processes. My only issue is that premium delivery is still only to the room and doesn't include unpacking, putting on bed, and taking packaging away.

The mattress is amazing, very very comfortable. Delivery was on time. Only downside is they left it downstairs and I had to figure out how to get a 60kg mattress up to my bedroom.
