The operator was very polite and also helpful. Could not fault him. However, the automated system presented a problem, due to not been able to select an option of monthly payments. But other than that once again a great professional service given.
Took the money forgot to send the policy?
Took the money, didn't bother to send the policy. I couldn't access the customer portal, so chased: had to chase via the website. I sat waiting to have a chat online with an agent, once they came online, it was a slow process. The agent sent a link to the customer portal and which showed the policy was in place. I asked why the second email hadn't been received. The agent's response: what i (sic) sent you worked though? Yes - why did I have to chase when the initial email clearly states I'll receive an email confirming the policy is in place? Who has time for this?

Poor, exhausting experience on phone
Took over an hour on phone trying to get re quotation. Staff inexperience didn't help also automatic payment system kept malfunctioning.

Quick and acceptable response.
Quick response after initial information entry. Agent read to what I typed and actioned it accordingly. MW6 actioned my requirement and reached a figure acceptable to me. Slightly higher than quotes I had received elsewhere but I was happy to accept and continue as Onecall customer.

Direct Debit Update. So Easy On, Online CHAT
Nice and straight forward. I had to change my Direct Debit details. I went online and logged in to my One Call account. I connected to "chat" and my details were updated within 2 minutes.

LP2 made a service call as I was a returning client having left in the past. This was excellent. She went through everything with me including the App. When asked questions she was unsure if she went off and found the answer. I can’t ask for anything better than that. A fully satisfied customer. OM5 was very friendly and helpful today, she explained the features my policy has and what each feature meant. She asked if I felt I had enough cover for different circumstances and about the add ons I could have if I wanted to. She was very professional and answered a couple of questions I asked very clearly. All in, was a pleasure to chat with her, made things much easier. Very pleased with the customer service she gave😃
