I sent in a trade in device on the 18th of September. It’s now the 11th of October and I still haven’t received any update on my trade it. My parcel says it was delivered on the 19th of September. However, my tracking portal says they still haven’t received the item. I have sent multiple emails with proof of this and they continue to just say this issue has been forwarded to the relevant department. I asked when this issue will be resolved or how it will be resolved and I received no reply and there is no way to directly contact the customer service team besides through these emails. Now, I basically don’t have any payment for my device nor my device! I trusted this company as it was advertised on the Microsoft website and they guarantee your trade in would be complete in 28days but that is not the case. I really would just like to receive my money or my laptop back.

I used this company for a trade in. Sent them my old Samsung s24 ultra which is in perfect condition and they said my screen and buttons don't work?!? They offered me £126 ... absolutely joke... I hope to get it in the condition which I have sent it !!!!

I have trade in my device through honor website on August 29 and sent back my trade in device and tracked returns show the device reached recommerce address on September 8.I am not receiving any communication and recommerce saying contact honor and honor saying contact recommerce.never had such a disappointing situation.spend a lot of time drafting emails and calls.there is no way to contact the recommerce team through phone.really dont know what to do.I just dnt need any money for my trade in device now, I just want my product back.i hope you resolve my issue.If I contacted I can provide the mail received from recommerce including the shipping QR code shipping label and tracked status of the product.

very good experience claiming the 250 euro trade-in boost with the purchase of Google Pixel 10. Payment was on time.
One thing they can improve is the relevance of the sent emails and the "ifs" that they contain. They're too generic sometimes and you start wondering if you missed a step. I believe they know exactly my situation based on the tracking number and should tailor the email according to that.

I booked a trade-in for a damaged Microsoft Surface Studio computer and sent it in. It was received and the offer was validated on 07/08/25, and I was told that the money would be paid into my bank account within two days.
The payment has still not been received. After a week I contacted the company and they claimed that payment was made on 08/08/25. I asked for details of the transfer and the account to which it was made but they have still not provided this, although I have requested this several times. They have either not made the payment or have made it to the wrong account.
There are a worrying number of similar reviews for this company, but I hope that someone will sort this out before I escalate it.

Traded in an iPhone 8. Their evaluation claimed it is an iPhone 7 and offered me a third of the original price. I did of course anticipate that they might adjust their offer after evaluating my trade-in, but getting the model wrong just speaks of bad quality control. You had one job and you did it badly.

Terrible company. They owe me money for a Google Pixel 9a Trade-In. I followed all steps correctly and then started a endless email chain to clarify what happened. They finally told me the case was solved, but they had sent the money for the trade-in to ANOTHER ACCOUNT.
I have been sending emails for the last three months trying to solve this issue. They owe me 150€, which was what was agreed when I bought the new phone.
UPDATE: Recommerce continues to claim they have paid me to an account I don't even have. They are terribly managed and liars. I am looking to take legal action against them, not because of the money, but because of the impotence and frustration caused by a company which can decide to not fulfill an agreement. DO NOT APPLY FOR TRADE-IN with Recommerce through AMAZON, they are scammers.

I sent my phone and they finally recalculated to 0€ because the "screen/button are not working"
the screen and the buttons works. I just have a small phantom phenomenon on the screen but it works perfectly. I can accept a rebate but 0€ means that the phone can not be used or recycled which is false! I think they will certainly not throw the phone to the trash, they will use it at least for spare so 0€ is abusive!

I sold my iPhone to this company who are subcontracted to Vodafone. They gave me a valuation, I sent them my phone and they sold it and I asked for the money to be credited to my Vodafone account
Two months later and the money was never added to my account
I contacted recommerce and they said it was not their problem and to speak to Vodafone
Vodafone offered me half the money I was supposed to receive but I refused it
No one will answer my emails and I got not one cent from these people
