3rd review, no product. PayPal dispute reveals fake tracking number.

This is my third review. Because I can’t seem to find the truth. PayPal verified that the tracking number I was sent is not even accurate.. They state that Amazon delivered it and Amazon denies it also.. I wrote a letter to Trustpilot because I feel like every time I post a one star review, it’s buried by a whole lot of perfect 4 star reviews within hours saying how wonderful the company is and how great their product is, but if you read through the lines, and go to the 1 star reviews, you see a bunch reviews that are people just like me. I also find it interesting how quickly they reply to me on here, but when I reach out to their Chatbot, it’s slow in coming, if even at all. Now they’re asking me to sign an affidavit that I never got the product after they changed the status to delivered, as soon as I started complain. Because they get to brag about using Trustpilot to give consumers a false sense of security,. I’m going to use Trustpilot to warn people not to buy this product unless you want to go through all the hassle I’ve gone through and many other people on here have also gone through. Just go straight to the 1 star reviews, and you’ll see actual customers Not the people in China making their own. Maybe this will help you determine if you feel comfortable trusting this product. They have ruined my faith in Trustpilot as well. I am also warning my 15,000 social media followers not to buy this product..

On our end, the order status indicates that your package has been delivered.
