You can trust HostArmada.

I've been a webmaster since 1993. Most hosting companies seem to offer very poor service -- especially over time. If your host has taken a turn for the worst, like ours did a few months ago, HostArmada has been excellent. Great well-informed chat service, CPanel, free SSL, the works. You can trust HostArmada.

Excellent Customer Service

I've been a full-time webmaster and online developer since 1993, and currently run dozens of websites with several companies. Over the years, I've worked with many web hosting companies, yet THIS is the one I recommend and use for my clients and my own websites. They offer cPanel access, with Softaculous included, to help start, maintain, and monitor your sites. Their uptime is very good. Websites on their shared hosting environment, though at the lower end in terms of expense, is at the higher end in terms of performance. A great value! Primarily, though, it is their excellent customer service that keeps me working with them for the past decade. You can call, email, or submit a ticket, although I normally reach them via chat. They are available 24/7 and get to your issues or concerns immediately. I believe their staff are based in rural Utah, so there are zero communication issues. Further, they really are the best people -- helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, quick, and immediately focused on your concerns. It's always a truly pleasant experience working with them. I am really grateful I found them when I did, as we've been able to grow our companies over the years so much with their consistent, helpful support, and low-cost, excellent services.
