I purchase an ex-demonstration model of a table lamp in the January sales. It was substantially discounted as it had some minor cosmetic marks. A few days later I received an email stating that the lamp had inadvertently been sold in-store. To David Village’s credit, they offered and supplied a brand new replacement lamp at the same reduced price. Amazing service!
