Welcome to the Working Group!

Our working group "Anti-Racism and Anti-Discrimination" is an employee initiative that actively deals with the topic of discrimination and racism in particular. Through our participatory bottom-up approach, we want to provide impetus and sensitize and educate people from more than 130 nations at KIT. Open dialogue, feedback and suggestions are important to us. We also offer referral counseling for people who have experienced discrimination.

In the future, we would like to continue to advocate for more cosmopolitanism and cooperation at KIT through information and training opportunities.
