Don’t get me wrong, I really do want to give you 5 stars, but I’ve been experiencing issues like crazy. There’s a script thing that keeps reappearing on top of my ark server folder that seems to look like it’s a faded blue color, and every time thats there, none of my progress saves, and I have to rewrite the lines of code from start again. I wish it explained more, I know it’s definitely a issue on my end, and you probably did nothing wrong at all and I apologize for that, but it took me way longer to understand/ took me a bunch of videos and searches to finally understand/get things to work with a 85% probability rather than the original 15% of successfully saving my edit/stat changes. Honestly besides all that, it’s 5 star but I’m still having issues getting events to work and I’m still unable to access my admin commands… :(

Lost years of my daughter's work in Minecraft on a hosted server. Search and you'll see it's an issue that they have been losing data and backups and they don't know why. Resetting worlds. Support literally says they don't know what is going on. Stay away and find another hosting provider.

Their response to this is priceless. They don't know what is happening on their own network.

It's quite odd that the mods were randomly removed, especially since there were no logs in the server audit log stating that files had been removed!

Not only is the server easy to set up and use, they have a slew of very helpful, accurate, and conveniently available tutorials for users unfamiliar with their interfaces. After paying for years, my servers were not used for a complete year, I asked for a refund, and they said no, I was 3 days too late according to their service policies. After years of paiments... you can believe it? Bunch of thieves. They only want your money, no empathy, no understanding, nothing to do, I probably sent them over 1000$ until the beginning, and they say no to refund 3 months... because of 3 days.

The customer service is excellent. I have one of the cheaper subscription plans, but still I get very quick and effective support. I've never had to wait for more than 30 minutes for a response, any time of the day. This goes to show that every customer is served well.
It's very nice to have real human beings helping you with every problem you may encounter; from silly oversights on my end to more complex ftp connection issues, they were there to help!
This is very refreshing, and a contrast to the useless, fully automated customer service from other companies i've dealt with. Hats off to all of you!
